@cruis1 how 16% down on US Cine share price would have an effect on Monday morning. Are we expecting 16% down to start with. Very hard to see SP being hammered.
@mountainous, HNS 77 fair point , though I am not sure whether I have read any articles where Cine could place the entire damages on the Canadian subsidiary formed specifically for the merger and simply wash over. Having said that if the option which you seem to suggest does exist, hope Cine lawyers and think tank are working on that as it’s similar to a get out of jail card, which I would happily take it any time of the day. Eagerly waiting for CINE to win the appeal or reduce the damages award sentence for the SP to rebound, of course bums on the seat matters too.
IR can do their job better.
I am down more than 70% on Cine, no point in selling with such huge loss, going to sit tight and hope for SP to reach my break even price for me to top slice. Inner gut feeling tells me to weather this storm as CINE won’t be bankrupt as long as theatres are open and tills are ringing with money. May have to wait for few years though to reach my break even price which I am comfortable to.
@mountainous… I ‘ll send an email, will be great if you could shoot one to them too, so that IR would understand the fact that PI’s are keen to understand the status of covenant tests..
@latpulldown - there is no denying with the fact that SP is being manipulated, paid derampers suddenly appearing on this forum talking about debt / court case etc - I am too watching the same, having said that there is something that’s stopping SP recovery which as per my understanding is the court case as you and others have rightly alluded that war in ukraine has no impact on Cine, it’s a been a tough 16 months and eagerly waiting for the SP to rebound. Thanks
@latpulldown —- thanks.
@mountainuous, hope all good. Should we email investors relation about June covenant test I.e are they planning to issue a rns about the same. I am not overly worried as Mooky too has high stakes in the business and he will do all he can to save the business, having said that it’s the court case that’s dragging us as rightly pointed out by many people in the forum — a big elephant in the room.
Thanks HNS 77
@mountainuous , nice to know that you live in West Yorkshire as I too live there.
hopefully fudge Barbara’s novel judgement will be overturned during the appeal , so we can settle the dust once for good with a low negligible sum of money as we knew both parties were doing wrong .
Thanks BB, HNS 77 and mountainous for all the feedback from AGM.

Was expecting 3 to 5% increase based on Strange 2 Performance. At the moment SP is 9.8% down. Not sure what the hell is happening. Deflating to see the way SP is tanked.
Looking forward to hearing from you after the AGM mountainuous
Thanks for sharing Fun
That’s another big movie which may rake in more than a billion
You forgot to mention Black panther wakanda forever.
I am hoping for a reduced damages award in the region of £100 M at the max.
Devastated to read that article , My avg is 79p . Was hoping that I would see mid 60’s in next few months , so I could reduce my exposure to CINE. 25P? Can’t take it. Have been through a lot with CINE in the last 1 year. Hoping for a divine intervention to push the SP upwards
