Difficult to say. This is ABs baby. I think he personally owns 103m shares and double has 103m shares. I laugh when i read that the directors recommend and the total share holdings. AB owns about 99,99% of directors share holdings.

I am sure that the street got word of this deal in advance and were well prepared. The algobots were tuned in to settle at 39p so the documents could well have been prepared in advance and not last night. A well orchestrated ambush by AB to feather his nest and screw the shareholders.

It is almost bordering on breach of duty of care. AB is treating Enquest as his private company. He has all the information regarding what is happening or not. The level of answers during the meeting today was a disgrace. Krak - have a beer for me too.

For AB, JS and the american dude. They were bound as to what they could and could not say. In the end people had no questions to ask as they realised no answers were forthcoming. Again - Enquest has failed abismally in delivering value to shareholders. I think the Magnus deal appears to be good on the surface but why trust AB. He is a snake.

Epip - surprised that you didn't listen. Questions were asked around production rates for Kraken, financing for Kraken and day rates for Kraken. In typical Enquest fashion the answers given were very loose. The tone of the questions were shaky. Sounds like they have delegated coverage of Enquest to the juniors (some French and Italians I heard). Only one I recognised was Stephane Foucaux. I think people were quite honestly bewildered like most of us on this forum. WTF is going on??

AB. Goodness knows what's going on here. Most of the speakers and the people asking questions sound equally confused. How to price this sp properly. It is leveraged to the hilt. Have I missed - have they done something regarding that loan of 100m they took out in december?

You need a masters in finance to understand what is going on here. They don't give many clear answers to the questions. Anyone with a clear view on what production will be early next year - L3?

Jan - sold 15% of my shares and will participate. It is in my opinion insane but hopefully it will all work out in the end. Auson - the poor performance of most assets (Kraken, Scolty, Alma, Galia) is what I am referring to. 54k is up but it should have been much higher with all the risks we shareholders have taken.

Today's results show clearly that a) Enquest is poor at operations b) JS or AB is very good at cutting a financial transaction and c) AB is in Enquest for one person and one person only - himself.

As long as the world keeps on growing this should be ok but it is a hell of a risk for shareholders. That doesn't matter to AB - he will liquidate everyone to feather his own nest.

Shares so I have money to buy my allotment when the time comes around. Better safe than sorry. Who knows what will happen with this.

But the good thing is they have not sold off Kraken. It is a ringfenced 15% 5 year deal. The mind boggels. Would be good to see JS buy some shares for once. That would be a sign of strength!

What is really going on with this company. One thing is for certain. AB is going to milk it regardless if it is a goat or a cow. He has his own interests at heart. He is crap at the operational side (how he rose in his previous job was most likely due to others) but he or JS sure know how to cut a financial transaction. The balance sheet is the most complex I have ever witnessed for a company of this size. Loans and options left right and center. L3 - you seem to have a clear sight. WTF does this all mean?
