The problem with that given enquest track record is that we shareholders continue to dilute the stock and the sp continues to fall. No focus from management to create shareholder wealth

Thanks for sharing that masterrsi. I believe this to be a positive piece of news but of course this is advanced warning of more rights issues to come. Calling out the debt side could be a tactic by seapulse to highlight a weakness but this is already highlighted by all the analysts so no news. Enquest needs growth prospects so good in that sense but they also need a new person at the healm

What a desperate thought Pelle. The worrying thing is how much money will AB come asking for during that time. He has already diluted the company twice in three years. Do you really think 5 years? That would be 3 more capital raisings to compensate for the mistakes with Kraken, Alma, Galia, Scolty... ??

Chilting - thanks for sharing. Appreciate your balanced but also positive posting. You are right that both Enquest and Bumi need to pull together. I suspect that there will be quite a few negatives come out about Kraken in the report. Good that in some companies the CEO pays the price for bad decisions - unfortunately I think many were made by his predecessor. At Enquest - the old record keeps playing...

Thanks for sharing that Boggi. The other thing that I struggle to reconcile is the net debt of enquest which is at 58,58% of 5,038 MUSD whereas they report net debt of 1774 MUSD. Obviously cash on hand has a small impact but. I understand how Enquest build up net debt but what is the difference between Net Debt and Total Debt. Is it the leasing provision?

Kraks, chilts - i also keep telning myself that. This is crazy. Yes pmo is also flat however their price to book is 100%. We are at 47%. Feels like kraken is a big part of that - will there be writedowns. Time will Tell. Should the company handle this better. Here our views possibly differ. I think this has gone on too long. This is a kick in the teeth to the suffering shareholders

Itsaponzi - although we may be Both negative i dont share your restructuring comments. But it is shambolic management from AB and he should distribute some of his shares to shareholders as compensation for his failures

Jan - it cant just be the broker ratings. The other question is why so many brokers have dropped their ratings to 16, 17 and 20p. They cant all be smoking the same stuff?

AB has destroyed 53% of shareholder investments

What a load of tripe. Well i guess thats why sp is dead in the water. This stock aint going anywhere. It is sooo depressing to see most other companies where the CEO has delivered and not loaded the company full of debt delivering Both stock price increases and dividends. Enquest - no dividend and 50% sp reduction and rights issue!
