So we are looking at between about a 3.5% to 12% increase in resource at the new elevated prices. If my memory is correct it was 220,000 tonnes a year over 8.5 years, plus they are of the opinion the rest of the land will contain lithium. That's pretty good news.
Not sure what to make of the placing though. Thought if JV was near, they wouldn't need to do one.
That award must be about equal to the buyback?
Share price will only go up on news of production increase and they have done nothing to indicate when this will happen. I wonder if they know shareholders are unhappy?
The US market took a tumble yesterday and a lot of people trade on margin. I think it's a fair assumption that if you hold Kodal, there is a reasonable chance you hold other speculative stocks. Perhaps people needed to sell here to support other positions.
Here's a smilar question for the AGM.
The board is supposed to act in the best interests of the shareholders. If this is the case why aren't they reporting news that will positively affect the price, and instead only reporting when forced to do so?
More questions:
If they think the shares are so undervalued, why aren't they buying?
Why won't they give guidance for production and income?
Can the arrogant and condescending CFO not be wheeled out again?
Elon Musk: Tesla may have get into mining lithium because it's so expensive

Personally thought it would be 10% plus or minus of .4 after getting the licence. The BOD seems to get it though and imo the last update in Feb was a courtesy update. This is something a lot of companies would not have done.
Unless it's the usual out of nowhere problem, we should do well. We won't have to wait long as the need to take advantage of prices is over the next 36 months. It will take most of that to get the mine operational.
I asked a number of questions. Answers were obtuse and it appeared he didn't really know or understand that what he said would have a direct impact on PI confidence. Institutional investors will surely stay clear with no guidance.
He didn't confirm if treasury shares were retired. He was rude about the lack of PR and effectively said the presentation was the PR.
He was dismissive of questions and delighted they have made a profit and are now debt free. This is luck based on current prices. Debt was incurred through careless management and over extension. Digging yourself out of the pit you have managed to create, is not success.
I invested based on the fact it is is a debt free producer. If I had listened to what i heard yesterday I would not have invested.
Condescending, pretentious waffler. Posh voice and speaks louder to sound more authorative when clearly out of his depth.
Amyway, slept on my initial thoughts and only got more annoyed.
10% of the company was bought a few weeks ago. I assume they can't be happy either.
There are positives but thought would outline my frustration first.
Thanks Stokey, that's probably a more balanced view. As they don't do any real PR this should have been their big moment to promote. Same, wont be adding and will reduce if reach breakeven. About 2.4 for me.
As was pointed out yesterday results are out on about March 25. Is there a reason they release the previous quarter so late or is it just what they do? To my mind you would want them out quickly especially if they are good.
I think you can count daily production on the fingers and toes of about 4 board members so it can't be that difficult to compile them
