Merry Christmas investors. It has been a torrid year. Hopefully all is well next year with a delisting. With Mr Short's majority shareholding, let's hope he behaves himself and keeps the other shareholders interests safe. Let's also hope he stays loyal to all the investors.

I don't know in what direction CEL is going as they maintain radio silence and hold their shareholders in contempt. Remember, these shareholders have been keeping the company going and the directors have been been spending like there's no tomorrow. What have they to show for it apart from empty promises. Semi-synthetic has a value tens of times more valuable than flower. One can say that Celadon is after the Holy Grail of the THC business.

Dalgety produce the flower, but not to clinical standard which is a prerequisite for processing into semi-synthetic THC. Without that, you won't have the basis to produce pharmaceutical medication.

Rob M and Mr P., it makes me wonder if you are trying to short this stock. None of the big shareholders have not sold., only the minnows. What does that tell you about the confidence of where the board is taking the company. It is true that the CEO doesn't give a f about small investors, but does he cate given his family's shareholding.

Given the CEO's gigantic shareholding it makes you wonder if he has backers to take it off the liquidator.

Typical CEL RNS. No detail. From what facility will this contract be supplied from. The UK factory do not currently have the capacity.

None of the US states make it to clinical standards. The simply have weed farms and at best grow it on a mixture of dirt and Rock wool. Not quite the same. CEL have supplied their HMRA standard samples to US Pharma for trials under FDA jurisdiction. Theirs is a weed industry. Quite different.

I think the CFO has had his hands tied by MD with his huge shareholding. These must be the questions to ask Jim Short. Totally losing credibility. Placing shshares for them to halve in a fortnight. Absolutely no clue how to respect the AIM

Agreed Simonpf. The revenue wont roll in for 18 months and they haven't got anywhere with completing their fit-out. It is very frustrating, and also this needs new capital. Has anyone got confidence to lend to them?

Agreed SPF, CEL is focused on medicinal grade THC and has the potential for producing approx 10 metric tonnes of flower pa at its UK site, but only if and when it is fully fitted out earning a revenue stream of £100

mil / £30 miil EBIDA.

The UK production must be referring to cannabis destined for the CBD market. Probably grown by British Sugar. Different business. It is so easy to misunderstand this industry which is why there are so many misconceptions.
