I think DCB was pushing that idea. On the Brexit wave this will likely stop in the low 70's. To think this share was in the very low 50's would have been an amazing entry level.
Lloyds is getting it's house in order. Once complete, there will be a price explosion, especially after a Brexit deal so nobody will want to miss that boat.
