Thanks Kabaa. So basically they have invested another £100k @ .344 and £50k @ .36 average which is a good omen. Any ideas on why the weakness leading to the big swing back? MMs playing with the retail investors as per usual?

Yes £1m in cash and £3m'ish Bank Guarantees deposited with the Court. GSPC to pay any ongoing costs with the JV whilst in Arbitration. However, the parties are trying to agree terms outside/pre Arbitration but the cash raise today is to support Oilex should one of several outcomes occur (they haven't specified what though)

Hate to say it but I think I called this right on my last post. The right people need to benefit from any potential rise in the SP. This is how the company gets its investment and how their intellectual investors double their money. This is standard Oilex modus operandi. Think we need a chart update from Align. They called it very well last week but still no update from the BOD leaves us in the hands of the current ramping crew on here. Yes, it can reach 1.5p+, but the next tranche of ‘sophisticated investor benefits’ probably need to be in place before any move up., imo
