can't honestly say I've been in a consolidation where the share price goes up afterwards.. shocking..

The SP was bubbling nicely around 4p before we had the court case with Zeta, when it then plunged to 0.42p. Admittedly there are a lot more shares in circulation now, but what is to stop us speculating that 2p - 3p is re-attainable?

I remember the phone conversation well mate - caught me on the hop at work when Ronnie called. Me with £15k invested and him calling me back from Aus after I’d emailed him re reasons for the SP dropping after 77h flare announced... remember the 200k seller, day after day after day... tough times

Yup - MMs put a crafty last minute increase on the bid which showed (if I remember correctly) as a 3.25% rise for the day... easy enough to drop it back today.. shake rattle and roll!

Why do Oilex need to negotiate? GSPC haven’t got the money - what bank would lend them 8 crore when they are still being investigated for a 20 crore internal fraud?

.. if it had been a 100% positive outcome then we would have heard about it by now. My feelings are that we are going to be forced into some longterm arbitration process. Unless the Judge has looked into every nook and cranny as to why GSPC have paid this, haven't paid that.. then he/she will be pushing for someone else to do it. The BOD may be looking at how to word the outcome so it doesn't hit the SP too hard.. I dunno, just don't think I'll be buying champagne tomorrow.. maybe a bottle of Tanqueray - hope I'm proved wrong! atb
