Am I making this up or are GSPC supposed to be paying their share of ongoing JV costs after the court ruling? I can't see where in the RNS this is stated, rather Oilex is still bearing all costs? Apologies if I've misread.

Could someone please enlighten me as to why there are so many small trades here i.e. under £100? Many thanks :)

Very true Gazza... but, the world works in mysterious ways - and so do LTD companies, especially those in the unregulated AIM market. They have had 3 months at least to get around a table and agree a way forward - international $B trade deals between states/countries have been done in less time.

IMHO Negotiations have already concluded, I mean - why would they 'time' talks to be concluded on a specific date?

The real delay is probably getting a 3rd party fully on board with whatever has already been agreed with GSPC - either a JV partner or a capital investor who will be coming to roost. Whatever is decided - the new party will need to be in a position to benefit from any substantial rise... so.. the BOD are busy getting all their ducks lined up in a row before any announcement.

I'm of the same conspiracy club Smokingjoe. I also do not believe small retail investors are selling their shares they got 'on the cheap' at this moment in time - rather it is games being played to bring the SP down artificially..
