Now holding 5x more the amount of shares here than ever did in the past.. just waiting and chewing the cud.

It's probably gone beyond day traders playing this now - although they can play it up as well as down. Theoretically cornerstone RIM are now down on their investment (but probably not if you get my gist).

They must be fuming...lol

Aren't RIM a 'Cornerstone' investor now sitting on the shareholder register (with the first tranche being up to £0.34 million at 0.215 per share. Tranche 2 being a further £0.99 million at 0.283p).

Funny how they've just sold a few million shares after just 11 months.... perhaps they sold more and then bought back before having to declare the reduction of holdings?... hmmm

Having worked for several LTD SMEs I can vouch for the underhand way shareholders are treated. Its all a game of subterfuge with the main profits being taken by the bod as expenses and consultancy fees..nicely hidden away in the P&L which only they can drill into.

AIM works the same way. If only BODs, Nomads, brokers, analysts couldn't communicate eh? Remember the little retail investors are not 'sophisticated' - terminology used many times by Ronnie boy.

I think the consensus is that Modi isn't currently prepared to let GSPC fail. Congress has stated that they should have been made bankrupt but this has not happened and its obvious the 30 Crore rupees paid/guaranteed to the Court is just a drop in the 2000+ Crore ocean owed by GSPC to other creditors.

What is interesting is the obligation for GSPC to continue paying their side of the JV costs going forward during the arbitration period. One would think this to be over an extended period - and a drill is probably planned to turn in 2019.

So - will GSPC also stump up their 55% of drill costs, on top of what they have just had to stump up to the court? If they don't then this will be heading back to the judge next year, when surely common sense will prevail and they will be booted out.

The value of OEX is between 2 - 3p with 100% ownership. Now sitting on 1.5m of these till the new JV is announced:)

One would think that GSPC have to show some sort of proof to the vacation judge that an extension is worthwhile..
