Sad story over at DEB.. One investor (SugarPlumFairy) appears has lost the lot when it went into admin. A wary note to everyone on AIM to not over invest and that sometimes averaging down isn't the way to claw back previous losses. :(
Most of us longtermers here have lost money on OEX but I do hope one day that this company gets the good news it has been striving for, for so many years.
Bit of an ask but.. does anyone have a Petrowatch subscription here? I would like to know what this means: https://www.petrowatch.com/synopsis.php?artId=17563&w=1
GSPC Transferring control to GSIL in May this year - now, is that just a loan restructuring to take the pressure off GSPC OR is it a step closer to GSPC being made bankrupt? Interesting!
Anybody still here? I find it amusing that they are re-tweeting about the price of gold going up but they still can't update shareholders.
RNS 19th December 2018: "Wishbone Gold will accelerate production over the coming months and expect to be shipping to Dubai in the first quarter of next year." One would have thought that an update is now overdue?
Did anyone here actually go the the UKIS?
The show is over and its back to work..recovering "up to £250k of gold per month" from the Artisanal miners shown on youtube.
Just what is the delay in updating shareholders? perhaps RicheyBoy could elucidate?
Who would buy GSPCs share of the PSC, considering they are in litigation over outstanding payments - no one will touch it with a bargepole until this impasse is resolved.
The only route is to agree to resolve the outstanding debt with cash or asset - simples!
Could be this: https://www.thetechnicaltraders.com/adl-predictions-for-price-of-gold/
Can anyone think of a reason for the recent trend downwards in Sandstorm?
‘Down, down, deeper and down’ by Status Quo comes to mind...
Peeps must remember that Oilex made an offer for GSPC’s share of Cambay around 18 months ago which was rejected. Why would GSPC accept a deal now?
Investors at the UKIS being shown the Honduras operation. Let’s have an official RNS now please! https://twitter.com/wishbonegoldplc/status/1111954604357545989?s=21
Perhaps RicheyBoy might like to give us his thoughts here.. we know he reads this...
Trades are minimal, the MMs aren't kicking this one way or another, everyone is waiting to hear.....
Mar 25 - "We’re continuing to accelerate production and are pressing on with operations so that we can update the market"
I'm looking forward to hearing the outcome re the discussion of "many interesting points" at the breakout session. Perhaps one to discuss is the conception, by Align, that the company could be receiving $250k per month from the Honduras operation - how far is the company to achieving this?
No.. go away... ;-)
Yes - surprisingly immature posts for someone who has 4000+ followers on Twitter. Methinks he/she wants to make a fast buck... (or already has done so and wants another rinse and repeat)
Just looking at the rubbish that is being posted on twitter from some of the same posters here... just a trader rampfest. Whoopee doo - 'up 25% in Aus' well guess what, tonight it will be down 25% in Aus too... the market is insignificant compared to AIM and always follows what happens here.
It is not 'leaky' or 'hot' so STOP MISINFORMING and RAMPING!!
Align also stated they have been buying again. Obviously as paid analysts/researchers with the conflict of interest etc, they cannot release to market what they know fully, as one would suspect it to be market sensitive, however the fact still remains that the latest capital raise was at 0.36p which is around 25% higher than the SP is today!
It is only 2 years since Oilex submitted a conditional offer for an additional 55 percent interest in India’s Cambay production sharing contract. We don't know what the offer was but it was rejected and would have required regulator approval anyway.
Any views on potential new JV partners?
Personally I'd been thinking that negotiations were to try to recoup some of the outstanding monies by getting a JV with a third party AND with GSPC keeping a stake but it appears that the whole 55% is up for grabs as they want out.
Surely it could only sell with Oilex's agreement, hence some sort of recompense for OEX will be on the table for them to agree. Perhaps a 50/50 (or similar) JV could be imminent - as long as there is an interested party that is...
Chesh - pretty sure she was just a non exec director... nothing to see there..
