So do we think investors are waiting to hear the deal to be done with SG before considering their options? My thoughts are that a reduced cash consideration along with a streaming/royalty type deal would be preferable for Bluebird - but would SG buy into the risks involved..?
A few of my thoughts...
Overall It's only 45% of the overall value of the South Korean assets that BMV will be expected to stump up and " The Company remains confident that it will be able to fund the acquisition."
I know this is back of fag packet calcs but, if we currently value the SK assets of BMV at £23m (the cap price today) then surely 45% of that is around the £10.35m mark which is only half of the total £20m funding already agreed. With the current POG the South Korean investors are going nuts to get a slice of this with their 20% discount on production.
One would expect Kochang news to be released imminently after the 100% is obtained, which gives us (and corporate investors) a better idea of the timeline to production.

Bluebird have been working on the re-establishment of Gubong mine for years - have a look at their Facebook page for background https://m.facebook.com/Bluebird-Merchant-Ventures-Ltd-1791475874498535/
I’ve been building a position here while it’s still cheap!
After 6 years of this shambles - I’m eventually out. Can’t even work out how much I lost but it’s in 5 figures. Off in gold streaming and bio pharma.. it’s been a blast.. not
Are we waiting on something here? Is DD still ongoing? I know the BOD have other non-exec duties which are far more lucrative but my patience is wearing thinner than the veneer they used on MFI wardrobes...
Have a look at gold streamers... ride the gold train without too much geo-political risk AND with the good ones, Gold would have to drop considerably for them to become non profitable.. I'm 70% into Sandstorm Gold - choo choo!
This is worth .42 of anyone’s money lol

My thoughts too. Standard procedure to line up alternative BOD positions prior (or during) notification of a sale/takeover. Whether the business survives in its current form who knows, but one thing is for sure - dramatic change is imminent. GLA
My trade deal at .17 took all day to be taken but it was eventually. I’ve topped up again here as I’m sure there is potential for more volatility on the horizon.... gla
Ooh look at all these random buys.. makes you wonder if something is going on in the background.... likes RP’s mates pumping for some forward selling.... sheesh.. aim is so corrupt it’s untrue :(
I see Oilex has become the "independent company better suited to finance the exploration of the PELs.”

Wonder how many of those placing shares have been forward sold...
To think this was at 12p 5 years ago when some LT holders got stung .. they have to go somewhat to make that back up. I’m thinking of putting a tender in to do the weeding at the Cambay drill site.. things must look awful by now lol..
Top up time for me... historically low levels... just a whiff of ramping and it'll be back at .19 in a flash lol
