I'm doing this from memory but around 1.2 mill 6p warrants ( book runner warrants from ipo) were converted giving £72k cash to company.
The Merolia acquisition was part cash and part shares (approx 1% of company) .
The acquisition shares also come with a lock in period.

Since June 30th
2 placings and warrants exercise have given Panther around £600k.
The CEO is anti dilution, plenty of interviews available, best way to find links is through the company's Twitter account imo

If this listing is cancelled I have very large doubts it would ever relist
