I'll admit I don't understand it.
I was under the impression £300k worth of shares would need to be issued. I don't understand how the Appledore seller get their £300k without receiving the shares?
They may decide not to sell them of course

Plenty of technical data available on the Webex with Liane the other week tbf. I noticed Adrian C was on the one I logged into. He seemed happy as he has almost £1mill in here now (he also holds KAV I believe)

Just a small point but they didn't ipo during a pandemic the ipo was just before.
Every raise since has been either above or equal to the previous raise. I consider that a massive achievement by the bod in the current climate.
I started buying panther at just over 3p.
Warrant conversion will give the company enough money to completely drill Obonga and probably a lot of Big Bear imo.
Its a buy, hold and buy the dip share for me. Patience will pay imo

I think BP was trying to say that , over 12 billion shares ago, this was a company with a gas storage project!
I remember someone suggesting maybe islandmagee should have just been mothballed and wait for the has storage industry to turn a corner. In hindsight that was a good idea......
