December 5th 2018 I spoke to JW after the presentation. He criticised the previous bod for raising at .24p (24p) plus .48p warrants. He told me he no way would he have raised as low and with warrants because of the dilution it would cause. He told me to my face if he ever needed to raise it would be at a premium because of the asset islandmagee was.
15 billion shares later and we are where we are......

He has proved his MO is to raise as much as possible at any price to satisfy his vanity projects and at the same time paying himself and Arun far too much money.

He has surrounded himself by sycophants at board level and it's his way or the highway!!

The consolidation along with quite a few other moves are tricks used on AIM to "hide" the history of a company imo

I'm not here just commenting.

I did predict a 20p placing with some investor friends after the ML decision but as the weeks went by thought I had been wrong and other lines of finance had been opened.

JW has surrounded himself with spineless yes men at board and senior management level it seems. He calls every shot and is (imo) simply creaming investors for as much as he can get as quickly as possible.
Whether Harl makes money or not JW and AR will be set up for life .
