What does everyone think the market reaction will be if we go it alone, issue warrants at a premium and in stages?! That in my opinion is more likely than a Joint Venture.

If there’s no news this month the price will continue to fall. Hopefully if warrants are issued to fund the DFS they’re done at a premium and hopefully we’ll hear about this German off take company

Unless someone’s got insider info, talk of a sale on Twitter is just bonkers. GR won’t sell before he’s got it DFS. There’s more chance of us going alone than a JV let alone a sale.

Not seen anything suggesting a buy out now. GR wants to DFS Zulu and then in 14 months time we’ll have better options on the table.

If GR can raise the money he’ll go it alone. It’s a DFS, once it’s complete it’ll be absolutely massive especially still owning 100%...then a JV

I sold out on Tuesday as soon as I heard the rumours that there was a possibility of GR and Prem going at it alone. That with the market reaction today shows you GR is not trusted. This isn’t all the Zimbabwean governments fault. This is years and years of unnecessary dilution at the shareholders expense. The best thing for Zulu is a JV and someone else taking control, GR can’t even manage RHA for Christ sake

No I don’t trust him, Not one bit. But I’m sure he could get us through the DFS stage and then maybe a big lucrative JV in 12 months time. RHA should have had news this week, if they announced that was going back into production then at least that would be positive

Prem going at this alone might not have the short term boost to the SP that a JV would have had but....for if you’re staying long term it’s pretty decent. Staged dilution for the DFS perhaps, maybe GR will ask his wealthy mates for a loan

The only thing holding this company back now is GR.

The best thing that could happen/should happen is GR steps down. This company has world class assets, unfortunately run but someone the market doesn’t trust. What an embarrassment of an RNS, he just can’t help himself

Nothing new in the RNS, feels like it’s been released to try and hold the SP up. Possibly over a 2 week wait, lows 2’s I’m afraid

I think you’re right, especially if GR decided to go it alone without a JV partner. That would be good long term for Prem, just don’t think it will go down very well.

I wonder what the market reaction would be if Prem went alone and no JV. I’m sure GR could get his hands on the funds for the DFS?!
