I'm certainly no financial expert and I don't even know if a turnover v market cap ratio is even an accepted financial ratio but I'm looking for anecdotal evidence that PREM's value is either much too high or much too low...I've convinced myself it's the latter so the question is am I prepared to put more of my £££ into this and how much

Hi Smiler, agree it's tricky but what I was trying to do was compare PREM's theoretical turnover based on what they've told us (12 tonnes/hour x 24 hrs/day x 22 days per month x 12 months/year x $4000/tonne = $308M...we have PREM's MKT cap at $209M so that gives us a ratio of 1.46 in T/O compared to market cap...our producing peers are nearer to 0.2 so i was trying to say to get PREM to 0.2 you have to increase the market cap to $1.5BN so with 21BN shares that gives you $0.071 per share

Hi Snowking, my little equation might be flawed but there's something quiet odd again versus peers...I'll have to do some more digging around but there are LI miners with either no turnover at all or miniscule with astronomical market caps ...GALAN cap of $311M with $100K turnover with $1.01 per share, RENASCOR with $6BN cap with $800K turnover but $0.23 per share, SAYONA MINING cap of $1.73BN with $1.73M turnover and $0.20 per share...the list goes on VULCAN ENERGY $829M cap with $12M turnover but $5.73 per share....I don't understand it....why is PREM trading so low ???? OK, PREM are in start-up mode, anything could go wrong, PREM are in ZIM so geopolitical issues, there's no comparison on the financial front, PREM might be in debt up to their eyeballs but why (rhetorical question) have we got this massive disparity ?

If we take it as read PREM's T/O will be c. $300M after all the bugs have been ironed out, we'll have a T/O to MKT Cap ratio of 1.46...that is $1.46 in T/O for every $1 in MKT. Cap for PREM....let's look at our peers...(so ones that are already producing) we have Allkem with the ratio I just discussed at 0.24, Mineral Resources at 0.25, Pilbara at 0.11....to get PREM to these levels (average 0.2) you have to INCREASE PREM's SP to $0.07 so a 7X increase from $0.01 today...interesting don't you think ?

Yes, $18m per month...George said 10 to 12 tonnes per hour 24 hours a day for 22 days per month to allow downtime. That's the design capacity of the plant so for the first few months you can halve it whilst they debug

HI Kenny100, I meant one point seven cents so one point four pence...but that said Prem are 1 year ahead of liontown and about to launch production so does that change the dynamics?

Hi Kenny100, the $3.7 bn offer for liontown is enormous but I looked at the liontown website and the mine is wip and not due to start production until 2024...that said, they plan for 500,000 tonnes versus our 50,000 tonnes so you could read 10% (????)of liontown's value would value prem at $370m so $0.017 per share

Can someone check my maths please...do we have a forecast production rate of 12 tonnes per hour running 24/7 with (guess) 85% efficiency does that give us 89,353 tonnes per year? I can't work out what the li spodumene price is but if I plug in $3000 per tonnes I get $268 million turnover per year...how far out are my maths please?

Wonder what next week might bring..hoping for an announcement on AUKUS and maybe just maybe the government say or even better do something on SMRs in the budget

I meant other shares meaning div paying blue chips which are risks also but less so than an AIM stock.any company with no revenue and no product to sell is surely a risk to your capital, we invested as we hope that Hemo will rocket at some point in the future but they have no revenue and right now no product to sell...whymeagain says he wants his money back and I'm saying he shouldn't have invested expecting to make a fast risk free buck...if you want risk free keep the wonga in the bank
