I guess it will be 'immediate' in that there's no other milestone project wise for the payment but $2.5m is a lot of anyone's money to pay and you can bet that the authorisation will have to go through many levels for final approval to pay (or raise the purchase order) no company on earth would make a payment of this magnitude to another company without internal authority whatever form of payment has been agreed. immediate is still immediate in this sense.

I don't remember anywhere saying it would be automatic..surely Selan have to raise a purchase order on SYN and SYN have to raise an invoice on Selan. Selan will have payment terms 30 +days whatever was agreed at the time.

Another argument against divi payments is that once they start then that's it..any negative issue RR face would force them to cut or suspend the dividend which would be seen really badly. yes, of course I want a dividend but in the right circumstances and with a fully repaired balance sheet

I don't think either would be a good idea..a tiny dividend wouldn't really help anyone...Tufan will want to be seen as steadfast and sober caretaker committed to rebuilding RR's balance sheet

Hands up if you can't wait till Thursday..my prediction is £1.1bn operating profit and £1.0 bn free cash flow. I doubt an announcement on divs rather a commitment to zero debt by h1 2025

Outside of Hemo...Rolls-Royce, Jubilee metals, Synergia, Sunda, Horizon Minerals and Premier african minerals..they've all been a total flop outside of Rolls-Royce who have performed outstandingly...up literally 500% on rolls but it just about covers the losses on the others.
