No I remain confident about Prem's future as a supplier to the worlds' move to electrification and the first spod producer on the AIM. that's why I invested in the first place and I remain confident that Prem will overcome their problems very shortly. they have a very powerful backer in the canmax who see what I see that being a low cost supplier of material when like I say some of the larger spod miners have to pay their workers $150k pa each. I'm in this for the long term not next week or next month and so are Prem

SC6.2 has already been produced..it's now a question of how quickly can they improve the plant to produce SC6 at the target volume.

It depends on the spod price..the point I'm making is that Prem would still in the black and have a highly competitive cost base..they're not paying they're workers $150k per year...the spod price will recover as the glut of supply is used up and high cost players curtail supply

I suppose a number of factors...the GOI approval was already priced in and ok, they didn't lie but also didn't say that further approvals are needed to commence new drilling. the share price is going to dawdle around this level IMHO until news or more likely results on the work overs.

Morning Raaydaar, the RNS says all in costs are $750 per tonne DELIVERED to China (well it actually says less than $750) so $750 minus Ackers' $876 = $119 per tonne..I expect prices to stabilise to around $900 to $1000 in the next 18 months or so as the high cost producers are forced to leave the market.

Even at these prices, we're still good for c. $476k profit per month...the ultra low cost base advantage that Prem has is the key strength for Prem..as spod prices move lower, more players will be forced to curtail production....as debts are paid maybe Prem can invest to cut costs further

That's how I read them but I did doubt myself and had to reread..I read that 3 wells drilled brand new and require GOI sign off and a number (x??) for workover which are already approved and can start as soon as logistics start...would the workovers include ch77?

I think we're in a good place, cash in the bank, staff transferred to Selan and snall income from existing wells. hopefully within the next 6 to 8 weeks we get an RNS..I'm a relative new comer and happy to wait 18 months if we get a 10 bag from here.
