So it appears Beetham has been selling to raise funds, possibly to cover losses elsewhere...seems to also be the case with some other shares. Pls don’t ask how I know this..the info is out there but will require you to DYOR.
As I’m sure all LTH knew nothing has changed with GGP.

TmT, it’s possible that they are still accumulating and will declare at some point. To same effect SB when selling fell through the 3% without submitting a TR1 and went from 4.01% to 0% in one swoop. Seems application of AiM rules are quite relaxed.

..I doubt those shares were drip fed to the market as it would have taken a few months if not longer. Is it possible a purchase was agreed for a large proportion if not the entire amount at an agreed SP?.

Thanks Dodge, I wasnt going to respond as i though it was a pathetic post and not worth a response.

The following are facts:
-Beetham has never been honest about his holdings, or his trading so not quite sure why people expected any different..all good with me.
-He knows no more than any other PI on here. This was evident when he sold approx 100m shares here at 1.5p-1.7p and bought into ARS at approx 5p+. ARS is now 2.15p, and GGP went onto almost 15p..a case do not follow the money. And to this date he still know no more than any other PI.
-He started to sell a long while back, perhaps even before we hit 12p. A TR1 is only declared once a person has finished the trade and not necessarily when they pass the reporting thresholds. This again happened when he dumped the initial 100m.

IMO its great that hes gone, as he had suppressed the SP at 1.7p for ages. This can only be a good thing as who ever bought the shares are doing so at a much higher sp and likely to hold for bigger gains.

Elise, you are right..sleeping a heck of alot better than I was previously. Stick with whatever is your strategy, mine was to secure a retirement pot, which incidentally is 4x more than I had expected..you want to give me **** for that!...ill take it all day long :-)

JerryS why would I be upset?. Banked a huge profit and still able to add on the dips as I’m sure you are with your ‘trading pot’. I’m sure we all have/will do very well.

MrEmc2...if those two things are the only gauge of this share you go by then it’s pretty poor research.
