As always DYOR..but the facts remain:

-The top 10 shareholders are Institutional Investors, actively managed funds and HNW individuals who account for 60-70% of shares. And a few weeks back one added 1m share approx, and I’m sure many will continue to add at this SP.

-The bod have also bought in many at 50p including Dan Hayes and Kelly… and again when the window opens I expect directors to also add.

-We’ve just had the best quarter since 2019 and the company is now in the growth phase..don’t take my word for it look at the Q1 figures below.

-Cash burn is a third off the peak

-No raise planned this year and there is money in the bank

-$3.0m outstanding cash expected this quarter

- Zero debt

- Outstanding BOD for an aim co.

Pearls, I’m hopeful for you it will come good. I rolled over most of PF into Nasdaq and FTSE end 2020/beginning 2021. I did well out of AIM during lockdown and was lucky to have a lot of cash to pile into it..as did many others judging by the way some stocks rocketed..I was in GGP and ARB. Now about 10-15% is in AIM when combined with my family.

As stated I’m in no rush to cash out of aim as I now have a passive income from the bulk of my PF…I know that is not the case for everyone but you need to take a longer term view with CRTA. We have done 100/% twice and that was a great opportunity to sell out completely or sell some and average down…which is what I did though my holding is no where near yours but happy to wait it out.
