Pearl, Mozax spot on with your posts. Confidence from Major banks is as good as it gets. The recovery is truly in play and the quite re closing further deals in Q4 bodes well.

That is an intriguing thought re a big renewal in the pipeline would certainly account for Kelly’s confidence in the projected Q4 figures.

I think just as likely is a single big deal which has been worked on in H2. You would almost certainly have more confidence in getting a single deal over the line than multiple smaller ones.

I see in the past WAND secured many large deals at this time of year..and as toy say some could have been legitimate

We shall wait and see.

Perhaps kelly is confident in closing a few major deals before end of year..they can release an RNS anytime between now and the new year. Could be drafting out an RNS as we speak..we just don’t know.

But what if we miss Q4 and announce first few weeks of Jan?.. I sense we are close to..

Worth remembering share options granted around this time last year are at an excercise price of 57p. Expectations from senior management would be for the SP to be well north of that to be profitable.
