I agree HAT it has drifted down further than probably more than many expected. It is mostly likely, IMO, due to bored traders looking elsewhere for a quick return and then back in here before the next bit of news. On a plus note, the management do not appear to be overly concerned about the SP as GH is not sending silly tweets as he has be know to do in the past.

so if they have been paid with shares but the shares not admitted to trading what happens next? Can they cash them, do they have worth. How does his get resolved...or does everything now hang in the balance.
The total disrespect for share holders angers me. This is obviously a blatant attempt to screw us for 1.3 m for a bs company run by a bs director...AIM at its worst. I hope they get everything coming for them.

Winfall, I agree this drone company appears to be a scam, from what I have read on here, Twitter and the net it turns out the founder was just a shop floor guy with limited responsibilities and no technical back ground..certainly not enough to design or develop a drone.possibly why a webpage or in fact any sort of physical product doesn't exist. What a sham!. And on top accusations of past relationships with the some of the BoD shows that a f'up of a scam this is. I hope it gets sorted and we can be on our way out of this mess. I hope they have not been paid

Can someone please clarify if the resolution that was passed was to stop the shares for Alerion being issued or some other shares. If Alerion have been paid via shares I assume this is now being looked into as being fraudulent?
Obviously new to this but as a shareholder this development is worrying me and I have been trawling through the net to better understand the situation and the crooks involved. Any comment re above would be welcome.
