I'm guessing, and it is purely a guess, that the crux of your post was that you were explaining that some of the selling today was because you chose to sell some of your stock to fund personal needs, despite preferring not to have to, thanks to government policy.

If my guess is correct, you didn't need to tell anyone, it's entirely your choice to do as you see fit.

I think some of the reactions may be because the information was a little ambiguous and flowery.

Sometimes, it's about 'reading the room'.

An impromptu reading of poetry to neighbouring spectators at a boxing match would be another example.

Why would anyone want to sell the company at this stage ? Better to have achieved a wider global reach with Hubs, enhancing the value further, before entertaining an approach.

On the other side of the equation, as the potential purchaser, far easier for MKA to have done the initial leg work and set up around the globe, and then just take over a fully functioning profitable operation.

Well, if you were based in the US and knew there was US Government funding of some sort on the way, or you were connected to an Apple rival or other large corporation, and knew there was a tie up with Hypromag due to be revealed, you'd want to buy in before it's announced.

All possible contenders. The sector is now awash with big spenders globally, they have no choice. It's part of every nations defence spending and thats $ Trillions in the US and € Trillions in the EU.

I recognise that intraday chart pattern that's just formed.

To get it to £35, you'd have to add two noughts on.

So, your £ 1k, if invested at near to Fridays closing price, with two noughts added on, would be £ 100k

In other words, multiply by 100.

Other than to participate anonymously on an investment forum, I choose not to get involved at all in any of the main social media platforms, so I don't exist, I don't 'follow' and I'm not 'followed', which is just how I like it. I think its over-rated and time consuming.

CTH's mkt cap at C$1.00 is US$64.9 million. Fully diluted, it's US$83.2 million.

MKA's current mkt cap at 34.5p is $153 million. Fully diluted, it's $177 million.

CTH and MKA's combined mkt cap is $218 million ($260 million diluted).

So:

USAR's fully diluted mkt cap is ~8x higher than CTH's and MKA's.

MP's fully diluted mkt cap is ~69x higher than CTH's and MKA's.

I'm fully convinced you could have provided a much more comprehensive service to MKA than 'Shart without having to devote much time to it , and added the best part of £200 k over the term to your pension pot, which is the contract cost with Shart to date.

Of far greater concern to me though than the paltry missive from Shart, is that I'm surrounded by a flock of 'bean counters' on this forum ! 😅

All of the Accounting practices and their legitimacy aside folks, it could simply be that to date, Shart have been trusted to do what they're being paid to do and simply 'get on with it'. With the expanding abundance of commercially significant developments preoccupying the minds of management, policing brokers notes may have fallen down the priority list and in candour, a brokers note doesn't alter market outcomes. I've read far less informed brokers notes on other investments.

However, I still think it's worth highlighting to MKA, if anyone has opportunity.

Maybe 'Shart' just need a reminder of their responsibilities and get themselves back up to 'full' speed after seven years of service. It's often needed with many long serving providers, regardless of the service they provide.

£25k a year and probably more now for a complete pile of Shart !

If anyone talks to or liaises with MKA, might be worth a nudge.

Totally agree. It ignores the 6 - 10 Hubs in the USA with an NPV of $ 6 Billion stated by Cotec.

Whoever wrote it is probably not even aware of the detail in the Cotec presentation a few weeks ago.
