If you wish to encourage any commercial relationship, Shell or any other, simply email senior management in the company or in a government. Just highlight what MKA are achieving, green recycling of critical minerals, and their footprint already, Uk, Germany, USA.

It may end up deleted or not get through an organisations spam settings .... but .... it may be thought provoking enough to be considered, discussed and acted upon.

It's really that simple, if it's considered a commercial prospect, a revenue and profit generator, a compliment to green credentials or a problem solver, any potentially beneficial commercial relationship would be followed up. It's in every company and government's dna to look for opportunities and every employed individual wishes to internally flag wave, with 'It was my idea !'

I emailed the Indian Government about a month ago. to two email addresses. One came back as 'undeliverable' but the other went through. Could have been deleted for all I know, but there's just as much chance that somebody read it.

I've no doubt the management of MKA are doing exactly the same, but a number of shareholders also generating interest has the potential to reach a wider audience.

The question arose because of the frequency of the larger than average trades and the characteristic .99k.

I agree it seems to be a position build and a little too structured for a PI, and if it's assumed to be the same purchaser, £2.7 Million + would be a commercial purchaser on behalf of a fund or sector interest.

To answer your question about how shares are purchased, sometimes I buy using round number values but mainly I buy using round numbers in shares. A stock holding with a random number at the end looks too scruffy to me, which sounds ridiculous, and it is, haha ! Must be OCD.

It looks like CDL is cleverly positioning their prospects very near to existing large Gold producers, knowing they can JV with GGP at the latest Paterson Project and with Vault Minerals at Darlot West, with Darlot West already returning assay results of over an ounce of Gold per tonne and Open Pit mining which Vault Minerals could start processing and producing from almost immediately.

The result, no production costs or outlay, just pure profit from the JV agreements, and a swift income stream from Darlot West.

If it's all by chance, great, but I have a hunch that this is a strategy rather than just good fortune.

If we only get 40% of that as an interest, it's £ 6 Billion, 40 times the current Market Cap.

Out of curiosity Esd, have you been adding up the total number of shares in the purchases of Mr 99 on one of your spreadsheets ?

So, a 5% effect on valuation, given the expectation of 100's of % increases coming down the track is not worth being remotely concerned about in my view.

Based on Myles's post below, from six weeks ago, he has no intention to sell the main part of his warrants yet, albeit he highlights that it gives cash to MKA, removing any need to issue shares.

Also, outstanding warrants in their entirety equate to a mere 5% dilution. The share price here fluctuates up or down by that amount in many trading days

I am one of the larger warrant holders. I am not tempted to exercise them for any financial gain at the moment, as I won't be content to make 3-5x my money on them - but rather 30-50x. In the meantime, I have an equally large equity position that acts as "live" exposure to the appreciating SP.

That said, I do feel duty bound to exercise at least some of my warrants in the near term, as I explained on here in recent weeks (see somewhere in my post history) - to bolster the company's balance sheet so that no equity raise is required at this comparatively tiny mkt cap, and it can be staved off until say Q4, when it can be done exclusively with institutions at a SP 2-3x higher than where it is now.

The company has an obligation to RNS any change in the total voting rights, even if it's a single warrant for 7 pence, adding 1 share to the TVR.

Darlot Gold Mine, six miles away, had produced 400,000 oz of Gold by 2014 just from Open Pit Mining and with just 1km of strike.

CDL's grades are showing a similarity and they have over 7km of strike.

It's staring you in the face but your previous bitter experience is getting in the way of the obvious, below:

If they JV with Vault Minerals at Darlot, there will be no cost to CDL for manpower and machinery. Vault Minerals have it all, they've been producing Gold at the Darlot Gold Mine for decades.

The average mining dump truck takes as little as a few minutes to load. They range in size from 40 Tonnes to 500 Tonnes.

Even if very conservatively you took one 40 Tonne truck of dirt per hour, it's around 300 Tonnes a day. At an ounce per tonne, that's 300 ounces.

That's £750k worth of Gold per day.

In ten days, that's the equivalent of the current Market Cap of CDL.

In a year, using 5 days and 50 weeks, it's over £180 Million worth of Gold.

With a JV, you don't get 100% of that but you get the point.

CDL could be earning a substantial amount of money in a very short period of time at Darlot West."
