It's an excellent deal.

Half a £ Billion's worth of Gold for £2.4 Million (if you include the warrants) and warrants put cash back in the till if exercised.

They've moved quickly on a 130,000 JORC resource extractable by open pit, the cheapest route, and are also looking to expand the resource. In. other words, fast track to production in a heightened Gold price environment.
