Possibly on annual retainer, so only certain points in a year when they can be removed?
imo once we can we will.
Having the house broker sat on the offer at the open offering 100k doesn't help either, something the Board are aware of and equally unhappy with too.
The sooner Cenkos get the boot the better - each note recently has been at a lower and lower sp
Still using $1600 for gold, still pricing in a c.$10mln fundraise this year - clearly their aim is to force some income and free warrants for themselves, rather than actually promote the Company they represent

Canadian gold resource M&A activity announced today...huge resource though
Sale price pof C$1.1bln is their post tax NPV with gold at $1600.
The post tax NPV for Junior Lake with gold at $1600 is $154mln - fx of 1.2 equates to £1.05/share....which includes absolutely nothing for the >$2bln of nickel resource.
Given there is a fair whack of AT trades - my guess would be they could be sat just above 40p and feeding stock to the buyers.
imo buy order in....spread on 150k earlier was 13.27 - 15.26 and now they up bid & offer yet the buy price for 50k actually went from 13.70 to 13.69
Clearly wanting to attract a few sellers. Why give them your shares cheaply??
The financial year end is 31st December...so the Company is in a closed period at the moment until results are released.
Get gold up over $2,000 within a few months and the NPV, even on the current 1.5Moz goes to $550mln!
Just as a follow on thought regarding this sale...Iamgold have faced huge cost overruns on their Cote project in Ontario...indeed securing $340mln in additional funding from Sumitomo only recently, so potentially they were slightly forced sellers of these assets to provide themselves with additional working capital.
As such, any read across value could (should) be increased to our resource

Iamgold sells it's 90% stake in Boto (in Senegal) and Diakha-Siribaya (in Mali) for $282mln.
Looking on their 2021 resources, they had 2.5Moz M&I (1.8Moz for Boto) and at just slightly better grades (1.8g/t for Boto, 1.3-1.6g/t for D-S).
Read across for Landore's current confirmed 1.5Moz would be £1.15/share, however this ignores:
Lamaune & BAM resource uplift
anything for 77,000 tonnes NiEq
Jurisdiction premium of Canada over Sengal & Mali
So 2moz gold next Dec (and if gold has a good year and is >$1800-2000) this would be worth c.£40mln?
"...we are selling our greatest assets.."
We have 14,000 heactares of largely unexplored and drilled land.
We have 1.5Moz of gold confirmed, with the potential for this to grow considerably on previously drilled sites with multiple gold encounters and 77,000 tonnes of NiEq - again the potential to increase this to 100k+ on other positive indicators from exploration activity.
I'm not sure how you can say that the lithium exploration zone is our greatest asset on just 3 drill holes and some rock chip sampling over a wide, unconnected area
We are a gold exploration company who are engaging with potential buyers on the basis of our gold resource.
Any funds received from the lithium resource I'm sure will be on a cash+shares basis to maximise the return and value to shareholders (either of the acquirer or ourselves)

A large area but virtually none of it has had any recent drilling or exploration activity.
In contrast to Landore's existing lithium zone

Great post and research there Matt!
Spoke with Glenn yesterday he commented that the backlogs seen last year following COVID had reduced, they were still in the region of 5 weeks+...
The strategic review rns was dated 18th Oct which said the drilling had been completed...we know from previous drill results that the Company prefers to release them all together, as opposed to hole by hole.
Glenn also mentioned that Bill is in Canada at the moment...potentially to review with the labs the analysis pre-release?
Lamaune drilling is "going well"
I mentioned the comments provided yesterday alongside the 'news' and I believe we should expect, alongside the drill results, to see further 'layman' comments from Bill in terms of how these results fit into the wider picture overall aims (of firming up the geology) and backing Bill's previous comments that BAM-Lamaune is on course to be a 3-5Moz deposit.
Technically we no longer have a royalty but we have cash.
IF you value both at the same then we wouldn't move....
..but clearly the worry the market may have had over an imminently placing driving the share price lower now has gone (and so one could argue we should see a rise on removal of that fear).
Next news - Felix drills and the summer soil sampling at Grassy Pond / Carrot Top. Positive indications here (and maybe, maybe very early shows from Lamaune) would be very positive - essentially then then really start to back up Bill and the geologist's belief that BAM_Lamaune is one, continuous gold/nickel seam.
That would/should (!) see a significant positive sp reaction.
I spoke with Glenn earlier in the week - he commented that interested parties are NOT pushing them to get more ounces...
they are comfortable with what we have confirmed so far and the potential shown via geology reports etc.
Now obviously if the Felix drills and soil sampling show good grades then this goes some way to give a "proof of thinking" with regards Bill's comments at Proactive event earlier in the year that BAM--Felix-Lamaune is a 3, 4, 5Moz open pit deposit

With summer drill results due imminently..a summary below with positive clues already from the Company
TL:DR - Felix shows could significantly go towards backing up CEO's 5Moz claim
Well reading the two news releases on these over the summer.
On 20th July they commented:
"Felix-Lamaune Drill Programme - A 7,500 metre diamond drilling campaign is planned to commence on July 26th 2022 on the highly prospective Felix and Lamaune areas. The drilling will target previously identified gold and battery metals mineralisation over a distance of 12 kilometres to the West along strike from the BAM Gold and B4-7 Nickle-Copper-Cobalt-Palladium-Platinum deposits (Ni-Cu-Co-PGEs).
· Exploration - The current soil-till sampling programme has been extended by 5 kilometres to the west of the Felix area to cover the Lamaune Gold and Carrot Top Ni-Cu-Co-PGEs prospects. The soils programme, anticipated to be complete by mid-August, will assist in the target selection for the above drill programme"
"Landore will now commence drilling to advance the highly prospective Lamaune Gold deposit, together with the adjacent Carrot Top Ni-Cu-Co-PGEs prospect, located eleven kilometres to the west along strike, to defined deposit stage. In addition, this programme is designed to upgrade the Zap Zone, Grassy Pond, Felix, B4-8 prospects, spaced alo
Felix - 20 holes from 1000W to 5000W
Lamaune - 16 holes from 7000W to 10,000W
Update 18th October:
Felix - 20 holes completed
Lamaune - now 20 holes from 7000W to 10,000W
Suggest, as commented above, the soil sampling identified additional areas to drill either Lamaune directly or the adjacent Carrot Top / Grassy Pond.
Indeed, if it is the grassy Pond they have good results from then this is excellent as it could well indicate the full connectivity and singular mineralisation strike along BAM, through Felix and Grassy Pond and then over Lamaune too.
A full 10kms+ from BAM

"I watched #gold begin to move up in the year 2000. It was doing well in every currency except the USD.
Then in 2002 the U.S treasury backed off interest rates…and gold just ripped."
Perfect timing for us?
A good deal on the lithium resource and we could comfortably looking at 50% of the current market vlaue being cash/cash equivalents.
...and this from essentially farm out of non-core assets.
Interested parties are not pushing for Landore to get more ounces (they are comfortable with existing + potential)...being fully funded for any 2023 campaign the Board might communicate (we are after all an exploration company so need to keep this going on proving up the single, continued mineralisation from BAM to Lamaune) removes any placing/equity raise element driving the share price performance.
whilst obviously the focus is still on getting the sale finalised and agreed
