BAM is min 1.5Moz...CEO & geo believe there is identical mineralisation for 10kms (Felix)..and Lamaune copycat to BAM.
One single extension of gold BAM-Lamaune?
Easily then 4-6Moz+ gold. (also 100k tonnes NiEq at B4-7/VW)
One possible reason conversations are taking their time behind the scenes??

Excellent map/diagram showing Landore's resources...note on the map the Lamaune intersects..BAM resource continuation out to here, via Felix...as repeatedly stated by the Board...gives rise to a 4Mln ounce ++ resource
Update coming...they have recently favoured a Thursday - tomorrow?
I've posted on other BB regarding this...following general conversation with Bill . Unsurprisingly he is disappointed with where the share price is...feels we should be at least 60p+, and would be, were it not for JH dumping his holding in one go due to ill health last year.
Conversations still ongoing with suitors...they still have data room access..confirmation of EOIs being sent out to come?
Sprott agreeing to convert some/all warrants to enable express drill campaign on the nickel resource (get that over the 100k tonne threshold?)..
yep -acknowledged.
However, jurisdiction and resource factors should minimise the valuation difference.
Resource announcement for SHG this am - increase of 37% to 1.6Moz. West African based.
Market cap now - £102mln
We have 1.5Moz confirmed from 4kms - spoke with Bill who believes the &kms in the rns of "identical mineralisation" is actually closer to 10kms...then Lamaune copycat to BAM, and Felix.
...and of course near 100k tonnes NiEq. Canada based
Market cap - currently just £24.5mln!

Alongside the flagship gold asset we also hold two nickel deposits in the same area.
Open at depth and on strike the deposits hold potential for significant development."
Language definitely more nuanced towards bidders here imo
There's 1.5Moz from 4kms...Bill has said there is identical mineralisation form additional 10kms...then there is the remaining 17kms of BAM.
Lamaune - Chris Cooper (geo) has said this is a lookalike to BAM...then Felix
so potentially a further 6-10Moz+ all in
unless there isn't to be a need for external funding for drilling (i.e to come from sale proceeds)...or if the Company itself is sold in full
Seems selling is distressed sellers covering losses elsewhere - obviously this is just relevant to this week and the fall from 24/25p...before there clearly the lack of comment in the MRE rns re resource sale sparked some to sell,
Greenday - I'm 100% with you on this and your comments
unchanged but there wasn't massive amounts of stock available.
For most of the morning 35k was at 23.98 then 36k was 24.8p...only in the afternoon did it loosen a bit, but only to max 50k sub quoted 24.5p offer.
All games going on at the moment here...Cenkos are buyers and Shore Cap the sellers (clearing stock from someone still from the MRE high volume day?)
The total radio silence suggests something is happening in the background...a fundraise can be done in a couple of hours after the market closes if necessary (accelerated bookbuild)...
Given the volatility in PMs recently how would you agree on a price for 2Moz...maybe include Felix and Lamaune too...what value and amount for those areas? They've hit the 'perceived' 2moz as per Bills comments last year so now imo they are talking and agreeing a quantum and price.
My hope is that those who have traded this and are waiting/looking to see some Tweet of upcoming podcast etc before re-entering will be shut out by a 7am "confirmed and recommended cash offer" rns
Resource value:
Nickel at $25,000/tonne and we have confirmed 76,000 tonnes with suspected 20k+ at B4-7 and VW...so say 100k tonnes - $2.5bln
Gold at $1,900 - 'all in' 2Moz must be there from just over 4kms of a 31kms stike...with further, similar mineralisations seen over another 7kms...maybe take a discount here and say 2.5-3Moz for the lot (the buyer to take the rest - including similar geology at Lamaune)....so $3.8 - $5bln in situ value for the gold
Round down to $7bln in situ value...Fx of 1.36 and 138mln shares in issue...even just 5% value put Landore on £1.88 a share
I've added more today and will continue to do so as/when funds are available
Nickel back over $24,000/tonne this morning too
Our resources now over the $5bln mark
Buys taking the 25p offer.
Can get 150k though at 25.122 / 250k at 25.7p so MM's with plenty their willing to sell
Simply superb interview and with great relevance to Landore - even if CEO at Gordcorp again he wouldn't spend a dollar on exploration...all on acquisition.
Large mining companies have zero success rate in exploration...they grow by acquisition and need to replenish resources/supplies by buying juniors.
Further info been shared on the Telegram group (potential for other investors to have got the same info via speaking to the Board)
The reason for the delay was that discussions were already at a very advanced stage but then at least 2 other major players, being 2 of the world's leading finance banks, came along at the last moment so the Company is quite correctly taking its time to identify the right one.
The Board see this development as very positive
A side note - there is sufficient cash in the bank to finance anything which may come along between now and the start of production

Landore were quite specific on the dates and time - read into that as you will. Post PEA??
Quick technical view:

Good strong performance today after yesterday and this am selling and drop.
Bounced nicely off support...hopefully those who were nervous and sold on the rns, or were only holding on margin have now exited...onwards with interviews, trade journal articles and the PEA forthcoming and a resource sale in the near future too
28.90 - 29.40p spread on 50k at the moment
Order filling going on
fine - let them exit now...much better than stifle any rise on the MRE and afterwards
