So Hochschild purchasing Amarillo gold resource
https://amarillogold.com/investors/news/news-details/2021/Amarillo-to-be-acquired-by-Hochschild/default.aspx
Remove the cash and it is c.£80mln for their 1.2Moz resource - Brasil based so some jurisdiction discount (when based on the Apollo purchase in Australia)
shareholders also get shares in the spin out Company, something which could easily be done here with regards the battery metal resources
Get to 1.4-1.6Moz M&I (so the 2Moz perceived figure) and we should be looking at read across vlaue of £1.20-£1.50 fully diluted.
3x-5x return over a few month timeframe - let me know an investor who wouldn't take that
30p?
sorry - read across value from the Apollo offer on LND's current 1.1Moz is 73p (with zero value ascribed to the nickel etc)
Get the MRE to a M&I 1.5Moz with perceived taking it to Bill's 2Moz and then you're around the £1.30-£1.50 level...with nothing for the Lamaune resource (which the mgmt and geologists believe could be a lookalike to BAM) and the battery metal resource.
30p - way, way under selling this
How much f'ing clearer can you make it!

“This could be excellent news for the Sprott Junior Gold Miner’s ETF (SGDJ ), which tracks small-cap gold companies that could find themselves well-positioned as acquisition targets.
https://etfdb.com/gold-silver-investing-channel/newmont-executive-sees-green-merger-moves-in-mining/
The article was published on October 12th...so not timely, but it can be used to highlight and link across to the recent Apollo approach which on a pro-rata basis would put the existing !.1Moz at ~£1/share...and an upgrqaded MRE to 1.5Moz around £1.50 a share!!
Bidder's statement from Ramelius for Apollo:
http://newsfile.refinitiv.com/getnewsfile/v1/story?guid=urn:newsml:reuters.com:20211103:nASX260tcX
Apollo have a 1Moz gold resource, and also have an identical indicated/inferred ratio (75%) to Landore - given the Ramelius share price this values the deal at AUD $180mln (£100mln)
At fully diluted 135mln shares here this equates to just under 3x return for fair value equivalence
Upgrade the gold resource here in the MRE to 1.5Moz and we're looking at ~111p LND price for equivalence for just the gold.
Nothing for the nickel etc, which Bill commented is of equivalent in situ value
Hence my £1.50-£2 target price for LND stock.
Looking at dummy trades this am and I'm thinking the bottom in now (subject to no further holders selling down obviously!)
28.95/29 for up to 75k, then full offer 29.5 to 125k and 30.5p for above this.
A few buys this am and then full offer paid and MM's hopefully will then start raising the bid and we can move!

Superb snapshot of where we are and heading....fully funded into mid 2023 (by which point the Empire surface oxides will be throwing off cash)
Exploration costs covered this year and next
Game changing deep sulphide drill already hit high grades - more of these to come
EM surveys on Red Star and Navarre Creek - both of which could be company making in their own right.

...and I wonder how they might do that, when a local Company gets to a 2-3Moz resource? Hmm....

Bill will have received offers to buy Landore before next fundraise imo.
Once the MRE is underway and they comfortably breach the 2Moz level, those majors who have been keeping an eye on Landore will swoop.
2.5-3Moz gold (at US pre-COVID peer value of $90/oz in ground value) puts this around the $225-270mln mark (£1.36-£1.60 using 1.4 fx)
From the table provided in the results, and their conservative prices I get the indicated and inferred resource value to be around $733mln!
In addition to the multi-million ounce gold resource too...and all for sub $50mln currently.

Taken from other BB - great summary of where we are currently and cold be heading during course of 2021
"No, not 4 million ounces by the updated MRE in Q3. He said that will likely be approaching 2 million ounces. The 4 million ounces comment relates to what he is confident is there. It wont be a resource in Q3. So for example some of the step-out exploration drilling has hit gold, but they wont have the drill density for that to be converted to a resource. Its merely to show the big boys that there is huge exploration potential on top of the resource.
The average takeover price for N.American discoveries is $90 per oz... 2 million ounces x $90 is $180 million or £130 million, which equates to a share price of £1.10. I think this is easily attainable, very realistic and quite conservative. This does not include any of the battery metals, which as BH highlighted in the interview are worth nearly as much as the gold. This will not be overly sensitive on gold price - the $90 average is largely based on pre-covid gold prices.
Punters just don't realise this yet, its being priced as if it were some form of rogue exploration company. Indeed, some companies who have no resource, no drilling appear to have similar market caps, its crazy when you think about it. BAM is the real deal and will be a mine.
Ultimately most undervalued companies revert close to fair value at some point. Patience needed.
