I cannot concentrate on shares prices. I have too many problems as my family resembles the Van Trapps. I have been learning the song by Vince Hill .. ' Love keeps slippin'away' but I struggle to remember the words. I have also learnt the one by John Prine and Iris De ment ' In Spite of Ourselves' just in case we make 60p and need a cheap entertainer at the event... I am very cheap but Madam Spin says people might find it cheaper to pay me not to go!!

Well once the board was just you and me. Now we have some extra posters and it is nice to see. You have to keep the faith and it can be hard but it feels nice when a plan comes together. The real work starts though in finding the next unloved company and also try to understand why Miton threw in the towel..

You can't make a plastic barrel out of electricity. You need oil or something like it ... These electric skooters that I see whizzing along where they shouldn't by kids about 13-14 all have plastic in them. All my lot ride bikes. One of my son's went from Norwich to Bristol and back in two days to collect his rucksack!! His bike cost seven grand!!

The BBC have been showing the Fred Dibnah series over the last few weeks. He has been dead now for quite a while and quite unique. Madam Spin sits glue to him as he makes engineering and architecture sound like fun. I just look at how in such a short while our world has changed and we hardly notice it happening. Forget the virus. It is Brexit which will bring us to our knees. I had a long hard life in road transport.
