Why would they wait 10 years?

I added to my holding here yesterday. It was a toss up between this one or Breedon. I picked this and topped up Breedon today..

I cannot believe anyone could not make a few mistakes whilst handling a pandemic and a brexit treaty. It is easy to just criticize but it achieves very little. I have some experience in the political field and it really is a thankless task. I did enjoy the counts. Demanding a re count was quite exciting..

Think the reindeer have fallen off Santa's sleigh and the elves have done a runner. Investing in the midst of a pandemic is not for the feint hearted. It is difficult to predict, volatile and long term plans not recommended either.
Things will look better later when it is possible to ascertain the trend .... Bring on the others across the pond..

Amazed. This is so far off investors radar. Government has allocated 30 million for fire alarms. This company is a leader in the field..

See why this is beginning to move. Government giving millions for firecalarm systems in flats...Not even thinking of selling yet now....

You be careful in Mundon. Give a wide berth to the ones with bows and arrows. Couple of weeks or so ago Border Force arrested a trawler with 69 Albanians 2 Latvians and a Ukrainian and escorted it into Harwich. Sadly the vessel appears to have not entered British waters so they had to let all the Albanians go.. What do they eat for Xmas dinner I wonder.. Enjoy Essex..

I think I live in a parallel universe. I do not see a sizeable recovery for two or three years. The pandemic is not over and will be with us for a long time yet. I see a world struggling to come to terms with 13000 mile supply chains which have broken. I walk around my town and see large areas of deprivation. So much so I am now giving to the food bank and Salvation Army. I am not religious but have seen first hand the work they do in alcohol and drug addiction. The last six months have been quite extraordinary for careful investors. Governments have just thrown money at the economy. Low hanging fruit has been everywhere but the time for caution is approaching. I am asked to put my money in the bank who have cut my rate of return to 0.01% and they then lend it to credit card holders and seek returns of 29%. They have not got so much of mine because I decided to buy a new car. I did 3 miles in it last week but 'er indoors uses it once a week too.
I buy shares in lots. I had some lots at 11.13p and 12.4p. I sold out last week. I still have quite a large holding here but times they are a changing and oil is on the wane... It will not happen overnight. But in the words of Oasis 'Little by little'. I am a natural trader though so if the opportunity arises to make a few bob I will try to be first in the queue. It is not over until the fat lady sings but I have never understood why!! I enjoy the number crunchers posts here. I like watching the ships come and go and while I still get a thrill out of it I shall have a few of these in the drawer.. Take care.

I think it will take a while for the rns to sink in. Fire prevention is now a major economic factor and this company is in the right place. It just is not so exciting as mining and oil...

I am quite relaxed with regard to my holding here. I feel sure the company is heading in the right direction.. Of most peoples radar.

I have doubled my holding here. Never manage to get the timing right but happy to set the fuse and wait..

Think all the rampers have left the building. As more stores are switched over to Morrison Daily's I expect them to change hands. Not sure what Morrisons will have to pay for them but there could be some other bidders if they do not get a move on...They all fit in to click and connect quite easily.

I had a very large holding for me here. Case of too many eggs and under the current climate of chaos beckons safety first is the order of the day. I can still reap reward on those I still hold..

De risk into what. Cash? Very sadly Boris and the British are no more incompetent than those in the EU. In four years both have achieved diddly squat and now it is too late... You cannot wave a wand and find hundreds of customs clearance clerks to shuffle paper. Add a pandemic and hey watch this space (The one on the supermarket shelf). Christmas always is a bad time in the freight business and now it is a nightmare. Fortunately the EU is bunging another 600 billion euros into a stimulus. It will have no long term effect but a few share traders can perhaps siphon off a few to keep the wolf from the door.....Turkeys all voting for Xmas.

Just keep holding. Something is happening behind the scenes. Cannot say if the 600k is a buy or a sell but just recently a lot of shares have been moving about..Patience will reveal all..
