News that they have secured contracts will be enough to lift the sp but agree news of profitability is real icing on cake.. I can wait that long though as not in a desperate need for the funds... Just frustrating.. GL

Been in AST since forever but today they finally got their funding. Every dog has it's day but you have to believe in the company. This will come good next year..

Guitar. I think you have done the right thing. When you lose confidence in a share it is time to move on. I however consider this to still be a good long term hold. The report was not all bad and there is reason for believing better times are approaching. I have not added yet but am considering it. Now that we have accurate information I feel less like a gambler and more like an investor. Take care....

No reason not to be optimistic. Look at the truck on the weighbridge with the container. A Railing fence has appeared since the photo of the tanker!! The look at the tyre marks at the loading bay. These show quite a lot of trucks have gone off and on. Then try and spot some real information and ummmmmmm!!! Still will continue to keep the faith as we have a refinery that cost nearly £8 million and a a market cap of 6 pence!!

All smoke and mirrors.. Back to where it was before and their website never moved!! Funny old share this. Still agm and figures soon and they will give the true picture. Also seems move by Malaysian government to aid the refiners on way so we may start to see a bit more confidence in the company. We need news of contracts though to make it move up I think. Oh well sun is shining so hopefully soon easy livin...

I will top up my holding next week if this sp remains at this level. It has been overall though a bad week and I am reluctant to throw more money into the markets while all this economic chaos in Europe shows no sign a being addressed.. Oh well enjoy the weekend and start all over again on Monday...

I wonder if they consider the pipeline completion worth an rns. Their website in itself is enough to ascertain that and I have to admit it is a good one. What we need is a trading update but preferably at the same time news of contracts. Still at this price I think the sp is daft....

Well you got your reply and he appears to think the same as me. So why is the sp so low?? " Operations are being out at a level that would benefit non speculative shareholders" seems to indicate all is moving in the right direction. I thought though all investors were in the end speculators.... Oh well time will tell but reinforces my decision to hold.

Well the website has been updated. Things still seem to be ticking along and just have to tough this out. Once the tax situation is resolved in August we should be at last moving in the right direction. Liedskier is well informed..

I shall hold because for some macabre reason I want to be in when we finally do get some news. This is dropping on quite small sells and little real volume. Not that many shares are in circulation so if the news is only half decent it should move north just as quickly. My average is quite low but that means nothing if it falls further. With all the turmoil I wonder sometimes why I invest in anything and be like every body else and bung it in a low interest isa. I would even top up at this price but there is simply nothing to base research on. I am not into pure gambling. Oh well in for a penny (Hope not) and out for a pound!! Tmmr ano day

Don't jump.... I'm first. This will continue to fall until we get some firm news. Still no update on website and no indications of progress on contracts. Cannot help thinking why were the contracts not sorted before ther refinery was ready!! Oh well ano day..

Have radio net so never out of touch. Just waiting for the weather now and off for the summer......Watched Portillo last night. Seems they still all want to be in the euro..... This is not a good time to be a small investor. Am just going to sit this crisis out and take gains If any when they appear. Bip need to announce successful signing of contracts and all this down will be forgotten.. The vaue of the factory s worth more than the market cap!!

Enjoy your holiday...Things are in a muddle but the one thing I have learnt over the years is not to act in haste. I am down on many of my holdings but some remain in the blue. It is frustrating and boring if nothing ever happens but Bip have not really put any bad news out. Aim is a leaky old market place but the seller may just be desperate for readies. If I have to I will hold for another year or two. Hopefully long before then we will make a recovery.
