i suppose that could make sense if say the various points were 1.840, 1.845 & 1.850..

brother on tuesday: "Anything over approximately 1.84.5 is Blue for me ..." brother on thursday: "Bought back in at various point up to 1.85" ? buying back in "at various point up to 1.85" gives an average of 1.845?

.. but apparently not, since yoho seemed to say 2.28 was meant to be significant in some way as s/term resistance, & lse seem to mark close as 2.2. (personally, i find it hard to believe that charting actually counts for much on such micro-cap AIM stocks as this, but that may well just be my ignorance.) ... rylidan seems to be a one for charting, but am unsure whether he sees same lines as yoho. i rather suspect they would have different takes.

well, brother posted a list of nice things he hopes will happen for dan. but then also admitted, at least, that it was just 'pure speculation.' so yoho could very reasonably have replied from a more bearish perspective with a long list of 'purely speculative' things that could go wrong for dan, that would have been quite symmetrical? -- instead he responded tongue in cheek, highlighting how often pure speculation turns out to be downright wrong. (not a special post, but not really any worse than brother's speculative ramping.) [yoho's reminder re rob terry's history re qpp was rather sharper, noting that rt does not always do as he says, potentially relevant to dan.] salient issue really is whether substantive news comes, and if so just how good it is compared to expectations already in the market, given long-standing aim tendency for buy on anticipation, sell on news. gla all honest folks.

seems admin have been a bit edgy on this bb today, they deleted an earlier post of mine noting the upward movement from the squeeze & wondering aloud if yoho would want to back his mouth with a new short at this sp.

... proper place depends on the substance? limited liquidity here will exaggerate share price moves in both directions. seems like there is an expectation on the bb that news is about to come imminently. anyone care to hazard a guess what news it is?

ash, i don't know jolly personally. maybe in real life he's a bad man who tortures small mammals for fun, we all have some demons., eh. but on these bbs, he's one of the more factually and financially oriented posters out, and so far as i can see, one of the more transparent (tho' i guess all may play some games at time). i don't follow jolly, and i have seen him make a few bad calls, as we all do (- or at least, calls that have worked out badly, tho' perhaps still after good rationale, since after all, this is a percentages game .) but upshot being, sometimes when jolly has critical comments to make about a company's prospects & share price, sometimes profitable to pay some attention, even if your conclusion eventually differs from his. jolly offered some helpfully negative comments on moni which i was, thankfully, able to take on board, at least enough to take a harder look myself at the share. ..... that was back when moni was trading *twenty* times higher sp than it is now. that saved me a *lot* of money.

am i missing something about the significance of appointing numis...
