i'm still here, watching, but probably not for much longer. there's not a lot to say really until imtk actually have some news to share about how the underlying business is doing. my own interest has been waning somewhat anyway, since it appears that RT has finished playing his games with imtk & walked away, leaving a few ripples in the share price as those he used to offload his own shares then sell out in their own turn.

barclays' woes have given some additional impetus to this company's sp as some folk switch.

perhaps, although on the downside, markets tend to dislike uncertainty, and although witty has hardly set the world on fire, he is clearly very competent & a safe-ish pair of hands.

very good question. it depends of course what is happening across wider markets, but also on what form any split actually takes, e.g. selling off one part vs getting dismembered. unlikely to happen in a hurry, imo, but 1-2 year view, could be tasty. in my ideal world, the prospect of gsk itself slowly planning to unlock some value in this way would flush out a takeover bid. .... a boy can dream, eh.

JR, as midlands says, we've all been there sometimes, on one share or another that looked tasty but turned into a dud, sure know i've done it enough myself. we just pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down, & learn. (hopefully) atb. hope you make money elsewhere.
