? anybody sought legal advice? - or submitted info & views to FCA etc about amit’s suitability to act as a director for UK registered companies? … personally doubt either of those would get anywhere, but nonetheless baffled how supine most CTAG holders have been throughout this charade.

You still haven’t said what you think about amit’s update, trombone. do you think it’s credible, and are you still optimistic about a payout from cloudtag?

There is no big mystery at all. it’s all just amit, imo.

i don’t believe there are any funds sitting in escrow.

i don’t believe that there is any ‘agent’ at all (…so i obviously don’t believe that an ‘agent’ asked for more time…)

i don’t believe there is any deal for the DaaP.

but actually i don’t believe that there really is any commercially viable DaaP at all; there has never been any independently verifiable evidence whatsoever that cloudtag has ever had any significant and commercially viable & valuable technology, intellectual property or product.

there is no evidence at all that cloudtag has any premises, plant, equipment, employees [other than amit!], or other meaningful existence at all as a company that is anything other than just a hollow, unlisted, overseas registered shell company.

(not quite sure if i believe in santa claus either, tbh, but fingers crossed & hoping for a few prezzies anyway.)

my best guess, it’s all just amit, with nothing else to it. aimho.

1) now negotiated an even bigger DaaP deal, hence need to revise payout arrangements

2) additional complexities ensuring simultaneous notification of all beneficiaries

3) disappointing performance of previous agent, so now appointing a better one to organise it more efficiently

4) additional tax efficiencies may be possible for payouts to holders from different jurisdictions, hence short delay now to make helpful changes in company registration/ domicile,

etc, etc, etc.

… to be fair to amit, there’s no reasonable way that amit could have known that before today, was there? … and similarly, USD and GBP are such very obscure currencies, notoriously difficult to source and convert, that it would take even a very sophisticated company many, many months to work out how to offer a conversion between amounts like $50million to GBP.

?what’s the betting that in mid-january, there’s another delay announcement because some b***** pipes up to say they want to be paid in malaysian ringgits, so the ‘agent’ asks for more time …?

a while ago, a couple of posters on this board suggested that a payout was being arranged as a way for other members of the ben-haim family to rescue amit’s reputation and the family honour. lol, if that was true, then they’ve got a pretty funny way of going about it!

10:12, scotty, perhaps i am misremembering, but i thought dimbo repeatedly told this board that the sale would be *by xmas*, not the end of the year …. so actually only one and a half days to go before that marvellous sale news. (can’t quite be ****d to go back and check his posting history, but he posted about it loads of times, seemed remarkably confident.)

Multiple small sells by Mr_Wolfe today, who is clearly in league with the evil market makers to manipulate the price down to 2.05p on the dot by close tomorrow. careful, mr_w, FCA will be monitoring your phone lines, best to use those sneaky ‘codes’ pre-agreed between you and the mms by buying/selling those very specific numbers of shares to send secret squirrel signals.

i note phoenix that didn’t answer when i asked what make him think the above is true. it’s not been stated in any of those updates on cloudtag’s website to date. so either phoenix is just making that up, or he is being fed his lines by a certain somebody from off-stage. either seems possible.

today & tomorrow left for payment to arrive in pi & nominee accounts if amit was telling the truth.

I suppose amit’s been a bit too busy organising those payments for today /tomorrow to keep the website updated. (except of course for those other updates he’s kept putting on the website.)

amit’s attention to detail and commitment to transparency is legendary.

meanwhile, don’t forget to put a mincepie and glass of brandy by the fireplace, for when the agent comes down the chimney to empty amit’s sack for you. happy winterval all.
