The ‘pikeyK’ ID was set up two days after amit published the ‘Deal Valie and Shareholding Update’ of 23/11/22, in which amit claimed that deal had been done for $275,000,000, with value to be delivered in the cayman islands and paid to shareholders in “pounds sterling”.

i don’t think the pikeyK ID has ever posted on any other shares… & pikeyk has never expressed *any* doubts or reservations whatsoever about cloudtag and amit …& pikeyk has never attempted to offer *any* kind of analysis, explanation or information about what it is that cloudtag is supposedly selling, and to whom.

the pikeyK ID was specifically and solely set up to troll sceptics of amit and cloudtag, but with zero attempt to focus on the actual company itself and amit’s various facetious updates / fanciful deals.

it doesn’t take much imv to figure out who pikeyK is (or is posting on behalf of).

Cumbria, note for this instance that the most recent update does not state any date at all by which funds will be transferred to shareholders … it just talks about the ‘agent’ *starting* to make “contact” and “provide further instructions” — the previous update had talked about the agent “aims to be in a position to transfer funds in the week ending 19th January…” (although even that hadn’t said that any funds would actually be paid out, lol.)

all of these updates are meaningless, constantly moving the goalposts to bamboozle. none of the promises made have resulted in an independently verifiable outcome, let alone cash sitting in pis’ accounts.

12:09, to be fair to EUA re cashburn, since they do have an exceptionally useless nomad, presumably the annual fees charged for that are only fairly nugatory?

Fourth option, a small number of pis do get contact from someone who describes themself as an agent, and maybe even have a payment made to those few. that would really help to refresh the belief in the hearts of some pis, and create enough of a buzz to keep the plates spinning for many months more even if no-one else was contacted and no-one else received any payment.

Vagabondo, re the sequencing of who might hear what first etc, bear in mind that amit has pretended in previous announcement that it’s really important that the imaginary agent notifies *everyone at once simultaneously* (though as HITS noted, with no attempt at all at any credible rationale to back up that assertion).
