… my best guess about the delay, the auditors have been unable to verify some aspects of the accounts, leaving them unable to sign off accounts as a going concern unless ADME can provide additional confirmation / evidence about realistic value of assets / projected revenues over next 12 months …

… and auditors have asked ADME management to do this but stefan and co are stalling for time …

… hence, auditors not signed off as going concern, ADME have promised they will clarify, but haven’t / can’t / won’t …

… so clock ticking until enforced delisting.

I don’t think the election will make any meaningful difference to EUA’s sale prospects (or its mining economics, lol).

however the s/p here has recently been partially supported over the past 3-4 weeks by various folks ramping away that a trump win will make the price soar, and some other folks who might otherwise have sold already after the loan and placing permission stuff hanging on in hope that prospects of a trump win might give them a price spike to exit on.

… so with that in mind, there is probably some s/p deflation to come if harris gets in, while a certain amount of pro-trump stuff is already in the price. jmv.

… sadly, ukraine do indeed seem to be doing pretty badly in military terms (tho’ v brilliantly and courageously considering their small size!), so are probably heading to some very unhappy ceasefire terms which will be forced upon them … not imv anything like ‘peace’ terms, since there will be generational anger and revenge to take, with decades of murderously bad blood to come between ukraine and russia. and when ukraine is partially subdued, that doesn’t mean peace is coming to Europe .. to the contrary, putin will simply be emboldened and will be coming for more of europe. we are already actively at war with putin, and that won’t stop if the americans back out. trump has no peace plan, just a plan to turn his back on america’s old allies and leave ‘em to sink or swim.

but in relation to EUA, ain’t it odd that given Russia’s grinding successes in ukraine, and trump’s neck and neck race with harris, that institutional investors, hedgefunds, sovereign wealth funds, and ultra-high NWIs still don’t seem to be piling into EUA for the imminent multiple-bags that TCM, JTS, etc, all seem to think are so obviously coming…. ? how could it be that the international investment community still can’t see those massive gains due any day now, as predicted by the rampers on here?
