StarRage, I get that but some change opinion due to what’s being presented in front of them, or simply bounce ideas around (both positive and negative). Just grates on me some of the petty comments on some of these boards at times ;-) but each to their own I suppose

To decide that in a matter of days imo means the judge felt it was a simple open and shut case given the 10 working day timeframe. Sinking here today sadly

MickR, good luck my friend with such a substantial holding, and I genuinely hope it turns out positive for all. Wouldn’t be surprised of some form of T/O and potentially before the 22nd. I’m not hot on corporate governance but do they have to wait until passed at GM or can things move before. I’ve only invested £1000 here at the minute pending clarity and don’t want to move funds from other promising shares short term, but to potentially lose £1000, to gain £5000 is a no brainier risk for me personally as on a good outcome we could easily 4,5 bag here (granted we could also be wiped out). Anyway keeps you on the edge of your seat at times ;-)

I really can’t see Hudson allowing the company to become insolvent as they would significantly lose out too. No one with any business mind would allow that to happen knowing your sitting on a reserve you can monetise very quickly. Does it make sense to allow the co to go pop and see revenue sit idle?....I think not

So we have to wait until 22nd or maybe announcement before

Will be interesting to see if FRR play the NDA in a similar way as BPC, which was total radio silence on all fronts. I cant see why you would hold a shareholder meeting if you had nothing to discuss bearing in mind the date was announced AFTER the NDA RNS. Potential news on flow rates Thursday morning but who knows with the NDA in place, but reading back through previous RNSs they must have a superb idea now given they commenced testing back in May, with 60 days initial EWT taking that to July. My only fear is no news = sell off crew but doesn't look like many are buying on anticipation of Thursday so hopefully the SP will hold firm. Agree with Timster, what is the point if you cant discuss anything ;)
