Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) advises that it has received notice from the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SAIC) that Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) has invoked the dispute resolution provisions of the Cambay Joint Operating Agreement (JOA).

Thus arbitration has been started imo, albeit they will try find a resolution. IMO they will aim to settle before the hearing, or it will be simply ratified at the hearing, dependent on the legal terms and prerequisites within the JOA

Zen, I dong dispute that at all, all I’m saying is the proactive interview of the 1st Nov he appears clear on yoda being next year and doesn’t hold any high hope for japan results. (His words not mine). Just genuinely throwing thoughts out there (I may be a country mile off of course!). If you listen to the interview his timeline in yoda is Q1 2019. Japan they have little hope for. So what’s coming this year? As I say not a de ramp just trying to pick peoples brains and balance a few things for my own piece of mind!

Dan1nat1, agree just don’t see with 7 days between rns and that interview how he can shift it back potentially three months with only 50 patients and in his words, a very quick process. Sounds like Japanese results will be as euro so little hope held there. Unless partner comes forward sounds like it could be a while before any real postive forward momentum share price action?
