Iceberg, it’s the market and rumour, nomad has no say, no one misleads anyone, it’s up the individual to make their own decision, press buy or sell and if their decisions are based upon a bb or twitter then frankly they shouldn’t be investing. Look at FRR, BPC littered with rumours but this isn’t illegal the only thing legally that has to be notified is price senative information, and even this can be manipulated and held on aim. Look at FRR they held back since October and it’s only now the nomad has gone! With the greatest respect I think it’s a bit naive to thing rumours need to be RNSd just because it’s effected the price. This is aim, and it happened every single day, by scum market manipulators. If people don’t like it then they should be on the FTSE100. Please don’t take that the wrong way as it’s not intended that way iceberg, just a genuine discussing with you as we always do between us on here:-) all the best mate

Babbler as I know ;-) I hold over there but did take some off the table, that said with aaog the ceo has confirmed a raise a few weeks ago so there is substance in it, it’s just how soon and what price is the unknown spooking PIs

Iceberg with respect nomad don’t have to confirm rumours, they would be issuing statements every 2 min on aim!

We know funding is required it’s just hoe soon but my personal opinion to drop a share nearly 30% after a postive RNS, and for someone to have a large buy order at 12p set on open yesterday, strikes me as someone with inside knowledge I think it will come it’s just when but it’s no surprise The likes of TW done force people sell, it’s your finger on the button not his, just play the game. Only think is if this “improved offer” was so good why did the sp drop heavily? I see what coldspy is saying but over 20% in a day is one hell of a retrace My opinion for what it’s worth, the market doesn’t like delays as we all know so is valuing the company at the high risk it now is. Any good news I do think would have leaked so let’s see if the shares price reacts today, fingers crossed as I’m hoping I caught the bottom on the bell yesterday! GLA

Coldspy without coming over abstruse but your post did say; “Personally I think that the material change over the last few days is that a firm offer has been made” I’m not saying a 3rd offer is a stretch but, it wouldn’t have suddenly come from thin air between the last postponement and today’s imo. These things take weeks if serious, which also wouldn’t explain why it’s only delayed until Thursday. Not much time to agree on a large sale in an extra 4 days no? Anything before that would have been RNSd given its price sensitive, so the fact it wasnt, and taking your thoughts, it would mean an offer arrived today. If this was the case, we would have had an RNS and the BH meeting put back a lot further than 4 days as it changes the whole commercial and legal paremeter we are are working in. I also think the 4 weeks for a binding offer is post agreement on a price and funds, and again, only imo unsolicited or not, it should be in an RNS I think we are getting too carried away with a twitter one off ramp ;-)

Steadygrowth I suppose it depends on timing and opportunities. All about timing with acquisitions, and it could be the offer presents itself before we can legally agree the $10. Best way is to offset money owed against more acreage tho Funny old day

Surely not off twitter and given today’s heavy price drop (granted part on the delay but any firm offer would more than offset this), that theory doesn’t stack up for me? No evidence supports that ?

Thanks coldspy. The guy does seem to like a ramp tho so taking it as it is right know a usual twatter post lol. Nothing changed as you rightly say, just still can’t get head around why a second postponement and today’s was the same day as it was set for. Seems details missing for any deal which not sure if good or bad. For my worse judgement did end up adding at 7.79, last trade of the day on the bell hoping I caught the bottom!

Absolute tbf a raise has been confirmed at some point he DS so if you look at the accounts you will see your statement isn’t quite correct I’m afraid (and I mean that I’m a genuine way not funny way)
