Jimzi no one knows what has or hasn’t been pre sold, it’s all guess work. If you believe those that say an institutional investor took part in the placing, logic says they would not be forward selling so quickly. This is not their MO. That would mean minimal pre sold. If no II involved and looking at volume, size of trades, I would say 20-30% “maybe”. But as I say it’s pure guess work based on volume and “what looks like PI trades” utterly crude and sadly that’s the reality to your question

@drewky, I debated that valid point mate. But I think that would have been easier to raise as a separate raise. For example raise £2mil for denjo, share price raises then why not raise at a higher price for vanji when everyone is grinning ear to ear? Makes no sense to raise now for vanji when we don’t even know if we will ever drill that and have to get through a low COS well in denjo first. You may be right of course but makes little commercial sense for DS

FiveJ. Problems; 1) DS said last week “small placing” NOT £6mil 2) £4.25mil to complete the well. WTF? 3) manner in which DS did this 4) how have we spent £14mil on one well Shall we go on....

I’m far from one for ****ging the company off for no reason or for an agenda like some others, but, I would also like to thing we, as shareholders, deserve some transparency from the company on this £4.25mil As for “major shareholder” I won’t be holding my breath at that one. There would have to be one hell of some trades if people think 60 mil has been forward sold imo, maybe 30% but a long way to go, and if, as some say, a “major” bought into the placing and a “TR1” is due, then there would be no forward selling as they would be holding as an institution, not forward selling for 10–20% after a few days of coming on board

DM2000 what 4.25mil? My point was it’s ridiculous. How much of the 4.25mil is allocated to well completion and how much to “contingency”? Contingency for what? Surely if denjo doesn’t flow, we stop and produce mengo only. So you can assume £500k ish contingency, leaving north of 3mil to finish 700m of drilling with a rig on a substantially reduced rate (ie peanuts) and carry out a well test

£14mil spent on TP 103. Sefton you need to explain this cash burn, and the £4mil to drill 700m and carry out a well test. Also I want to know from the £4.25mil how much of that have you classed as “contingency” and what is that contingency for

Flightmann, no problem. I don’t see anything “negative” as such, but then I don’t see a gulf of additional postivities in the new presentation either, just an update with a few improvements. Taking nothing away from what the company are trying to do or course, but ultimately it’s a binery bet on the bondholders approving a deal. In regards to mcap, we, currently are border line insolvency. Yes we may own 100% of Ti with eggs soley in one basket, and it basically comes down to what Ti is valued at, as that’s our only real “assets” at that point, less debt to service, revenues into MTMY....for those reasons that’s why I can’t see us valued into the high tens or hundreds of millions short to mid term As I say only my personal view, doesn’t mean I’m right!

To be honest coldspy I don’t know, as I haven’t valued them as it’s not easy task that’s why I asked where you got your $100mil from ? ;-) There won’t be movement until a postive RNS with the BH. Imo we would have seen a “pre rise” which we haven’t, nor any real volume, which normally shows not much interest until news and a tight ship As I say, still too binery for me to add more, even at 10% chance of a fail. Just my risk profile at present that’s all. If I had too sliced aaog at 19p then maybe ;-)

Aaog blood path but held here and avoided temptation to buy low, but average there is 6.90p so still in profit just not as much as would have liked. Debated a bit more here but ultimately this is still VERY high risk, for potentially 20p short term until end of 2019 whereby we will likely sell Ti (just imo of course). Short term risk va reward too much for me to punt loads here but fair play to those that have (And we still don’t know how the share price will react to approval of BH for sure).

DS has constantly said recently “a small raise”. Not fecking £6mil I don’t call that bloody small! Still want to know what costs are left on 103, seems ridiculous
