Well I’m now out. Yet another delay, this is no longer as clear cut as some like to believe, with the last two meetings cancelled on the actual morning of the meeting. Imo this will now slide as people move out and look back in next week. Sold at 7.21p and will look in next week under 7p GL all holding but I’m no longer comfortable with these constant delays

And yes tee of course I want a postive outcome it’s just a shame as there were some good researched posts last night (seem some removed on mobile for some reason), just frustrating people don’t read back, they just jump on last post rather than catch up on the weekends posts Anyway, I’m moving on and we will see what happens today GL

Be careful coldspy, there is no 100% binding off to come, so like I say stick with a strategy, and don’t always believe in your own PR, I’ve been caught many times. Nothing is ever 100% in the market at the moment, look at Flybe for example

My advise, see how Monday plays out, set out your own personal strategy, ignore those that try and sway your decision (as these people are likely doing it for their own gain, and selling whilst your holding or adding, giving them an advantage), and sell at your set price point. And DONT be greedy! Stick to your strategy (as I will be), and if you can take some profit, be postive as profit is very hard to get in this market at the moment and likely even harder with brexit vote now approaching! Coldspy, it’s a hard call, as usually you would see a rise in anticipation, which we haven’t had, couple that with, what already appears a lack of sentiment within this stock. Now, this could be nervous retail investors, or people simply waiting until Monday afternoon. There has been low volume, minimal trading (contrary to what others “want to believe”), and little interest from the MM given spread over the last week. Monday will be a key day imo, if there is no real shift then, my opinion, is no, we will not hit 20p. As that would strike me as there bekng genuinely no interest from the market given the complications and lack of growth prospects....it simply not a stock worth holding for the bigger players. I would imagine a spike to around 13p ish and settles 10-11p. Buyout would then be the next price point. Alternatively IF there is upward movement Monday, it would be clear that retail investors are looking at this for a quick and fast turnaround, which, ultimately with a low (ish) number of shares and the speed it moves it will creep to 10-11p mark by close of trading Monday. Then we will see 20p in my view Tuesday with a re trace Wednesday to high teens and by the end of next week settling again 13p mark Tel Aviv market tomorrow will have no reflection on our market (as I keep saying and keep proving) so whilst it may give a slight postive feel, I wouldn’t read anything into it, unless, there is a very sharp substantial rise, which would indicate a likely leak The issues I see here is the lack of future known growth prospects at this stage, for a real sentiment to be with the stock coupled with it still be a binery bet. Summary, no movement Monday, good news RNS Tuesday, my target 13-15p High volume Monday, naturally people taking a position, low share availability, followed by good RNS Tuesday 20-25p I really do not see more than this given what I have seen with the company (forgetting ramps, de ramps, banter and arguing!). My opinion is based upon your own research, experience and feel for the stock (that doesn’t mean I will be correct) Many will jump out at around the 17-20p mark imo

Agree mononglow, but don’t see that being an overnight thing The issue here is the market will almost definitely value MTMY upon future growth potential prior and after the sale of Ti (on the basis the bondholders agree next week of course), and as it stands MTMY have no growth plan and that is a big downside to any future value of the stock imo Stock is valued on inherent value plus potential growth opportunities. I do honestly think a lot of people are not taking all parts of the equation into account here at times. We have many debts and charges over us, coupled with my points above so anyone thinking we sell Ti for “x” and suddenly MYMY mcap will proportionally rise the same will very dissapointed I would imagine all sensible investors are here on the same basis as myself, a quick in and out and make the most of a spike that will be further enhanced by certain ramping of the stock (lovely jubly). After that it could well be those believing the company is some reborn Jesus will be left holding the baby with a sliding share price downwards often being to emotionally attached to the stock to sell. That’s why moving out on any spike is key Given price movement I think 20p will be top target next week IF bondholders approve. 67, oh totally agree, your right, my numbers were just an educated idea of the value of Ti and to point out we would need to take away our own liabilities, coupled with market forces, sentiment and future potential growth, which at the minute there is minimal so the market will also value this. 8p under valued for sure, talk of 70p plus, not a hope imo As I say, fair valuation imo with sale of Ti would be around 30-40p

I see fantasy flightmann is back. Note how I tend to use logic and fact, and research, and yes, what’s wrong with learning from a city friend? Or shall we just think we know it all? If I’m right taking pre tax gross margin at 16.7mil x co efficient of 4, would value the company around $65,000,000 I really do not see how the company would be valued, at best case, anymore than $80,000,000 and maybe less when using EBIDTA Interestingly this ties in with a twitter post I saw last week from memory Certainly don’t see Ti worth $100mil plus Now, say we sell at $80,000,000, remove BH first charges and the like, and what are MTMY left with, as ultimately the market with value MTMY on THIER financials, what we sell Ti for is NOT what we will be valued at, or indeed what our share price would be Remember what Ti is sold for, will not be what MTMY are valued at. 25x is way too heavy imo According to my guy in the city, you could, crudely take pre-tax profit, and as I thought you should use the commonly applied profit multiples (or coefficient of that industry), which for the size of Ti and their standing in the sector is likely (according to him) be around 3 to 4 and occasionally 5. When you comire the P/E multiples often applied for higher for larger publicly traded companies, these apparently range from 7 to 12 and in some cases, when they have high growth potential, maybe more. This is apparently why some of large corporations can acquire a smaller business and instantly revalue them at a higher price. Seems to make sense. But until we know Ti financials it’s all guess work

I can not locate any accurate financials for Ti, can someone point me in the right direction?
