Anything the company does in terms of running the business in its broader terms is down the company and the fiduciary duties of the directors Nomad is there to ensure compliance and this won’t be to ensure cash reserves. They will simply be involved at a time when/if the market needs to be notified of any raise/partner/JV

Nomad would simply have to notify news which is price sensitive so I do not believe nomad have a duty to advise the market at a given cash point It is the companies responsibly to ensure cash reserves, and nomad will only notify as and when something needs to be notified. Their job is to simply inform the market, it’s the companies duty to do the rest

Mani. I see no point it being 'held back'. The company has nothing to gain here, being in mind they have already stated they expect similar results. I believe its more likely they have been doing some extra/different trials to gain further data, hence the delay. There is no other reason for such a delay imo.

Dyl, the Japanese results wont be 'bad' they will simply be as the EU results ie good potential but need more work. There is a BIG difference between bad and what we have with T. I don't class the drug working in over 30% of people 'bad'??

Kev, noted but Yoda was minimal cost, Japan trials already accounted for, and Clevegen not at full speed. See your point but I think cash burn would have decreased as we aren’t actually doing a great deal of “spending” with T at the minute

Mani, I believe the £500k a month was at the height of R&D, which would have drastically tailed off now, and we would be in cash save mode I doubt it’s even close to that now, likely a very small amount of that and we know the Yoda was peanuts as a cost

Imagine if T was sent to market, that’s got to be over £10 a share alone Add Clevegen to that and your over £20 a share playing with the big boys Any buyout wouldn’t be entertained under that £10-20 mark imo (IF everything falls into place perfectly). Just think about that for a second ;) If I had cash spare, this is where I would be putting it

As per everyone more focussed on TA then here. It’s market driven hence there has been little correlation over the last week between LSE and TA It’s simple market demand on two markets driven by investors and market makers What is a buy for one on LSE is a sell for another on TA Forget TA. I don’t buy or sell on TA so the only interest I have is at what price I can buy and sell at, and that’s on LSE

Zen agree about funding, but July is only 5 months away and I guess you have to ask will they be generating revenue in that time (probably needed around May in reality). That’s my concern, as imo to avoid a placing, we need to have some for iof revenue within the next 3/4 months. I’m sure the bod are aware of this, but it’s a tall order without a partner Would be very interesting to hear what the CEO plans are going into July Actually surprised that no one has really picked this share up given the CEO has been fairly straight on talking with partners If this has been an oil play, and a partner farm in or sale was being talked about by a CEO, you’d be rocketing! Kev, imo we don’t need news to re rate It’s massivly oversold and likely with news over the weeks and months ahead (a lot of news and updates) it will more likely be a price correction coupled with news and sentiment/excitement when it comes GL

Have to remember we were around £1.20-£1.40 mark after T was seen by the market as a failure last year. We have now proven in fact it’s better than we thought, fully owned by Farn, and only drug on market, proven to WORK! Should be a minimum BAG from here just on no news and a re-rate imo from a hugely oversold stock The market and most PIs haven’t woken up to the fact T WORKS, the drug has commercial factories READY, straight to market, likely this year on top of which Farn now added a further £25mil plus value in IP alone with the Yoda and studies late last year That’s without Clevegen! And PARTNERS that we are in discussions with Some may see this as a ramp, but fact is, all the above is either within RNSs or CEO interviews all easily and readily available This is the biggest no brainier stock around imo: glad I topped up Monday at 58p My only fear (and it is my only one) is the current cash position
