What if the Calvalley deal does not come off what will we be worth.Angle did value us at 7.6 before the announcement but only 4.6 after. I also remember Graham saying that LNG was worth 70 million a year income at 75%out put in one of his presentation.

So can any give an estimate. I know there is the bond and other things but just a thought

Changing the subject I know Graham said months ago he was not looking at Angels to do a new valuation as the Calvalley deal was imminent. But that wàs a long time ago and since we have well progressed LNG plant construction site. I thought now might be a good time

It might be better than we think when the Calvalley deal was announced we dropped from ,7.6 p for ast per share to 4.4p

Also if those in the know know about things it should return a truer picture of what's there than before

All this excitement about drilling , well I think it’s air to keep us talking and distract us for another four or five months while Calvalley wait for phase one to come on line so they can be paid by our money

Because they would be using sounds own money to pay for their investment and because once there is income there is a saleable asset not just a bunch of paper promises and none producing pipes

I'm no expert but even I'm starting to lose faith out CEO is an Oil Man in one of the interviews last year he production of LNG by Jan and that's 70,000,000 income

I'm no expert but did a little research last year and the shortest time scale for an LNG plant was two years or next January. For an expert to admit this now makes you think . And I still think that Calvalley will not invest a penny till the gas is flowing

The trouble with all this waiting we as share holds just seem powerless all the time, it’s so evident that business is run now just to keep the lights on so they can get their next pay check. The attitude is we are committed our money spent and long gone and no way to get it back but just hang and hope..calvalley have deep pockets because their not stupid and they will only release their money when they see lng produceing . The lost update from Graham he let slip into income till the end of 2024 so just more dilution on the horizon and no updates apart from pics of the plant. On the positive side we’re. Not dead yet

Well they have had the last 250k if it’s money to keep the lights on we have about six weeks left based on old burn down calculations or if it money for final bits for the plant. As I have said before I do not think calvery will sign a thing until the micro plants is pumping and most research I have says it’s 18 to 24 months for a plant to do this I see no income till after June probably November time

Phones can be redirected and since I’m out of pigeons, you never know a shopping trip and a quick pop in … who knows what you pick up

Just for though what wound happen if you went to their offices in London as share holders we are the owners, right surely we have the right to inspect our company and interview our staff. And generally see if some one is actually still working

Roll on 2024 nothing will happen now till the new year, the pipe deal is a pipe dream at the moment . So back to boom or bust doom and gloom what will be will be.

I have been saying the same thing for years now it Sound survives we will get something of something and if Sound does not we have blown a small fortune.

So roll on the new year on the sound knowledge that the lng plant will be on line about q4 2024 and our pipe line will still need fFDI and be on track for 2026/7 and our share base will be about 8 to 10 billion shares.

Yes I have just read the rns 7.06.2018. And yes two ways to read it, 1 , parsons was ready to go or 2, he was bending the truth like a boomerang, , Graham, may be putting Company first and his pay packet, but the Company is still going so there is some hope., let’s see what the next four months bring

Just looking at the drone vid posted yesterday I like tie idea of our progress but the vid itself looks CGI generated.

And that upsets me because it makes a lie surely a real time drone vid would have been cheaper to produce.

Well I was hoping that the announcement of the phase two deal would start the rise of Sound’s share price but due to past performance with dead lines this could be months away. There I hope the next real jump not a pump and dump should be when the the final machinery units arrive and are plumed in. I mention something similar to this a couple of posts ago and some one shouted that these units are being put together in Italy and shipped as finished units just ready for installation. So I recon these unless told otherwise should arrive late December/January and that’s when we see our 4 p and 5p shares
