I look at all these posts about pike's and graham and parsons and rubbish banter, but when some says something that might be real its gets taken down like the real reasons for delayed of parts and suicidal costs of tide over cash is the parts are not going to be released till they are paid for

Been following this share for years , the delay in the start of production it’s not waiting for delayed parts the suppliers ar3 not releasing them till their paid, hence raising funds at extortionate rates

Sound energy is now just pay packet machine for the directories who have no influence and can do nothing apart from burn 250k a month we the share holders have been shafted. The sale, the deal a year ago , how can a company sell its self and not its debt I can’t understand how you buy the asset and not be liable for its contribution of debt surely if we owed 30 million and what we sold is say 25% of the company surely 7.5 million of debt should have been taken by Managem too and why would the bond holders agree to such a large proportion of their asset and potential profit being stripped away

Mana gem will do nothing till they can pay for the carries out of our own income so any news is at least a year away, in the mean time we go broke and Managem get the rest of the assets at one thousand of a penny to the share after dilutions

Managem take over of Sound and that was what it was stripped Sound of any influence. Managem is worth 5 billion they paid only 14 million for us yet they have attained an asset worth over a 100 million over the next ten years the average drill cost 7 Mil surely this is loose change to a company worth 5 billion. We now have a Moroccan head in a Moroccan country using Moroccan finance . And we are still waiting for phase one to come and in Managem case give them 6 to seven million a year income. I there for say our first drill will at least be a year after first paid gas and our second carry a year after that so in real terms Managen pays for our carries with our own money.

A few moths ago our target p4ice was 4,6 p now it’s 46 pence when they dilut again it’s going to br 4,60 pounds profitability for the share is just a dream now

No more top ups for me now just a realisation that I have wasted 150,000 over 8 years Just waiting for the Moroccan take over now for a penny a share

Well just looked at the recent presentation again the one thing he did let slip is that Mamagem will be able to tell use when they are opening for business Graham said there would be a red ribbon cutting opening celibaration so they will know when it’s opening cos he is going to be there isn’t he I mean such an important person large share holder must be invited ? And I’m sure he will have more than 24 hours notice.

What a waste of time there will be no new information just reiterating the script no specific date. This investors meet would h@ve been better held in November when they may of had some real news

What is the point of getting rid of Graham now especially after he has been paid a massive bonus any new guy will put things back months and then we would have to accept loads of new excuses

I think it time for Angle to either re value or reiterate a value for sound, they are professionals and have their own reputation at stake. They have access to information and market conditions we don’t
