Use the British share holders have been dropped down the loo, the last five year has just been an exercise in keeping the lights on till they could off load the company and get their money. I have to admit that I have been one of those fools who shouted Grahams praise and see today that I was a gullable fool. In February when they start producing and selling the gas we will see no revenue from Managem for at least 3 or 4 moths after The excuses will be internal account practices clients not paying on time. I say this because when you look at some of the articles written about Managen and their record of how they run their Bunsen in Africa it is pain to see they are no saints and will screw Sound for every penny

Just read the article and it confirms to me that Graham and his boy just sold out sound it is clear from that article that this is now a Moroccan project and Sound a insignificant subsidiary who will have no real say and will what they are told and their crumbs when Managem say so and be glad of it, This is why our share is so low . Sound is a piece of paper and Managem will hold off on its pledges for as long as it can and will only fund them from any profits it make by selling lng.

If any thing I feel now the Graham and the boys want Managem not to drill and take the cash payment for not drilling so they cann have another bonus

Just read the article on the solar power partnership I found it quite positive FID in Q2 26, no mystery drilling trying to find resource just buy Pannels and set up no 120km pipe line instance cash once up and runner and easily expandable, perhaps Sound is not so stupid. Depends weather we get muscled out again,

Perhaps we should spend more time looking at what Managem are proposing as they are the real owners now as what is Graham doing for his Money now We need to drill oh can’t Managem have got to give the go ahead, when will lng start producing income for Sound when Managem say so . When will the final investment decisions be made for phase 2. When Managem says so. Can we put our 20% costs in no not till Managem pays us. Lights on atvSound may pay Graham and his flunkies but nothing for the share price, Graham has meeting every week with Managem so what are they for there must be some thing he can feed back us. Or do they just drink tea and shun bathe

The lights are on but even some one who seems to be so aloof a Graham and his team still after these years give no news , because we are childeren and cannot understand things.

I remember when we had the tax issue it had been solved almost two weeks befor we were allowed to know, we weren’t as share holders/ owners of the company worth informing This off hand approach is what is killing me. But what can we actually do . !!

I have been a supporter of Graham from the beginning and have made lots of excuses for him about the poor share price. However my view is now and especially since the ‘’Sale’ Is he and the boys have just been keeping the lights On so they can have their pay day us older share holders have been shafted. The board have engineer their wages for the next two years and will do what it takes to keep going if that means seven billion new share so be it Our .006 will be .003 then .002 but if the company keeps going they get their 80 or 90 k wages and pensions pa. And to be honest what can they do Managem is in control they decide our destiny if they decide to pay us or not what can we don. Oh but we have a contract I have seen many companies have great contracts but with no money in the bank are you really going to bite the hand that feeds you. No I think not. I Think Graham hopping they won’t drill and get cash instead to keep the lights On because drilling finding success is still a gamble We will see

13 weeks to go for Q4 and first revenues, this is nail biting how can Sound let us down now

18 moths down the road phase 2 with a clear map of progress 60 km , 50 km ,40 km to go tie into Spainish pipe line and link up with Europe and with in a year from then a trebling of income when it will go on line. This pipe dream today but we are with a few defined steps of getting there but because we are so close it is ‘teeth pulling time’. And that is why this a buy time . 0.07p a share when this his 2.0p that’s a three times gain 3.5 is a 5 times gain . These are not loony assumptions it a matter of patience now

Sou has been around quite a few years now and yes 5 years aago when Graham took over we were almost gone. Today we are within a year perhaps only 6 months of generating income.

A man with no money and no job can’t borrow mine it’s the same with a company no income means only expensive loans can be had . Six months of good income flow then a year of increased income flow what a different picture .our first AG M where we see profit extension of our production capacity . Then see the share price

My hopes at the moment are that the millions that Managem have invested is costing them loads and so this will them the incentive to get P1 on the road as soon as possible. Yes and even our drills because if they are succesful they will know where to drill hole 3 hole 4 etc

Our biggest hurdle is Managem getting their finger out and giving us our drills and finishing P1 and paying us our money as soon as possible . Once that first income cheque is paid and that first drill is announced then we will have something concrete and confidence will saw.

Real figures can be calculated and predictions made, as it is all we have is a promise and smelly wind

Well what do we expect we are part of a 5 Billion pound company now and we have no Money and no money means no influence we get told what to do. We will get paid when we get paid. We have no influence because it’s their legal and Accountan team that’s negotiating the pipe line finance it’s their money that’s putting the LNG Plant together.

It’s about 15 weeks to quarter four. Will we have any drill date no it’s a hanky they through in out face to keep us amused will the LNG plant be on line I hope so because Sound I’d now really running out of time . The Directors have had their pay out and only hope the lights stay on so they can earn us share holders are sunk. 4.6 p a share in threes time a longbwaite sorry the out look is not bright but quite gloomy unless Managem actually comes up with some good in a good time line

Just been to the Managem site not a mention of Sound or mention of the LNG progress I guess we’re not that important so we are going to get left hanging again

I’m was a Graham defender until the half mil bonus when the company has no money is piddle take but he does have 5 mil shares now which is twice as much as old Parson’s had. And if we hit 4:6 is 6.to 7 bagger. Which is not a bad return

Yes it’s easy Sound is now a junior partner with no money and at the mercy on Managem and totally dependent on them to do the business and pay us on time or we finished

Well it’s nice to see Graham is investing but it also means no expected news for at least 30 days, but still nice to see.
