300k a month costs for eight people that is 3.6 million a year, what are they getting paid?

As usual even if they get permits and go heads from the Moroccan government we are still looking at a year to build so we are two perhaps two and a half years down the road.

To buy assets that are generating positive cash you pay at least a premium of 10 time the yearly take to cover 3.6 million that’s 36 million at least.

If we’re lucky and we get permits and build a solar site in a year how much does it cost to set up and how much cash over costs will it generate?

I bought my shares over the years through a bank , so I was hoping that a notification would come through about my voting rights because I want to say No to the deal. But nothing as yet. Other wise my 475k of share would be against this deal. My attitude now is I’d prefer to lose what I have left rather than this board get a single penny in bonus

How long does it take to put a deal together that winds up a company just before it starts making money 1 month two months three months so three maby four months ago they ,,knew we were going to sold out that the consolidation of share would cut the value by 60% and then when consolidated share price cut by 90%,

Who made rage offer for Sound. Was it caring Managem who delayed everything and then came to the rescue or was it Sound coming cap in hand asking to be bought so the board can have their Sales Bonuses.

I wonder, this was all put in motion many months ago that’s why I have no trust in the board .

Yes we will have a few million at the end but our board will have that in pay and bonus within two years and the co will be bled dry

A very shrewd mam? When he took over my investment was worth 48k and we had hope of income and expanansion , my investment is no worth 8 k and I since he is so shrewd once he gets his sale bonus he is gone and a nice kick back from Mamagen in the form of non exec director or consultant .

We then have a company employing 7 people who will spend 18 month spending 8 million on studies and things who will then go broke

Then even I seen the light I had up till that point managed to average dowjn to the then 4,6 p. Today that would be 46p so all this talk of double bagging at 3p is rubbish the dilutions just allow management to sell up and get bonuses

So in six months to a year if we have not bought some asset the company winds up so if that happens what can we expect to be left of the 11 million 2 or 3 million well that divided by 228 million is not much.

Don’t under estimate the CEO The guy din,t even turn up to the last meeting will he even turn up for the next one he wants his sale bonus and he will be gone. CEO of 8 people there is no prestige in that and he w ont stay around for 30 k a year sale.

Graham got 600k he at least should have had the decency to be at the presentation all that the presentation confirmed was that Managem took advantage of weak willed board at Sound who were fed load excuses and allowed them selves to be strung out until they were out of money. they were weak because they did not push hard enough for the drills if they had they would have known the game earlier .

our CEO he is a coward and is probably looking for a job in Managem. The solar power stations start to finish 6 th 12 months o k when are we starting how many have we signed up for, how long does it take to get the ok to start all whaffell nothing concrete . Six month then liquidation. We know the CEO will be expecting a massive bonus for all the work he has done securing this shafting deal we must have some way we can at least nip that in the bud So he can share our pain

Even though I have played with shares for years I know not a lot. But there must be some way as share holders (the owners of the company)we can get information, As in if I walked into to the head office could I demand any thing ?

You seem to know what your talking about but when you talk about 2 to 3 p should it not be looking at 20 to 30 @as the shares were consolidated , but what I’m more interested in it it was mentioned that if the carry drills were not made there would be penalties to be paid and there was talk of a a couple million paid on completion of the lng Production.

Since Managen is in charge surly there must be some head of department within the organisation who is in charge of the development of this project Why has no one given us his name as this is the guy we should be cavasing and questioning about the poor progress
