My interpretation of the RNS is that Aquis has extended the date of relisting to the 18th January. Therefore the securitisations need to be listed and audits submitted before then, at latest the 10th of January... If they fail to submit the accounts because they have not received binding agreements within 3 business days between now and the 31st, then they will not be relisted on Aquis without reapplying. So the latest day for news would be 4th January.

"The company will make a further announcement on or around the 17th December". What does on or around mean? If I said this, I would mean on this date or within 2 days of this date. To avoid ambiguity, I would have said between the 17th and a date. The RNS is ambiguous in several places and does not inspire confidence.

Genuine questions for SK. Is this the mega RNS you predicted or are we still expecting it before Christmas?
Does GR give you false inside information? Do you invest and ramp depending upon this information?

We will not hear anything before the 31st December, RC could update us even without news from Malta.. If the binding agreement is not received by the 31st December, then the accounts will not be able to be filed as a ongoing concern, we will not be relisted and it will be game over. At least though RC would have done his best and given us an update on the 10th Dec. just had he did with all the other companies he has liquidated..

@Gregfin, I hope I am wrong! As far as my comments being deplorable, it's been nearly 6 months since this share was suspended, and we have had 2 RNS's promising jam tomorrow and the share hasn't been relisted. I hope RC proves me wrong and if and when he does I will publicly apologise as I have already. The only excuse I have is that I felt duped.

This will come back the earliest 18th January. Do not expect any news until the 31st December. Has no one learnt any lessons from the RNS's ? Whatever timeliness RC commits too, it never happens. Like everyone I would like this to come back but until it is relisted and the sp is 15p+, I will remain skeptical ...

I believe the price will be stuck in the 0.16 to 0.18 range . It could go lower next Monday when the new shares are released .
I do not expect any RNS this year now.. GR only communicates with shareholders as a means to doing placing, so the next requirement to talk to shareholders will not be until February. , but I suppose that depends on his bar bill at Christmas. 1 assay result in 10 months since EPO and now omicron is an excuse. This share is a joke!

I have seen this before! Accumulation by the MM's on the off-chance that will be a RNS Monday.. if there is not then they will then just drop the price. Unfortunately it is unlikely that we have have a RNS before Christmas... GR is likely to say something like Unfortunately we have not been able to give you any results because unexpectedly Christmas has impacted the delivery of the results and our Geologist has taken an early Christmas break..

I think that BtC will start to recover this weekend and consequently Arb although the sp is frustrating, I have found out that by zooming out sp has little affect on my mood.

@Bickmaster. I agree GR needs to do a placing soon and is probably waiting for the SP to increase. It wouldn't surprise me if he is selling the lab equipment which he no longer uses and renting out the buildings at Zulu! ;) I can not see the sp rising even with assay results, so what are the chances of a Friday RNS for a placing after close?

In a response by RC he said that the audit requirement was between Forbes and AQUIS, if there is a possible extension, then this likely to be beyond the 29th December. So I would say he is not anticipating relishing before the 29th December.

All I ask for Christmas is this to spike do that I can sell the rest of my shares without incurring a substantial loss. I have total faith in GR to totally f*** this up.
