@Lolades what evidence do you have that the BOD used their own money to buy shares. Why aren't they showing as Director deals?

PW sold his shares he knew what was coming and has diluted at the beginning of each bull run. The last ATH he diluted as well.

@Treestump. Like you I am fed up waiting for the license, but do not think it will be in the next 2 weeks. You should try investing in Prem, that would teach you patience! ;)

I would be inclined to agree with you. Anything over 170 would be good, but I think that maybe it is significantly less than this. The quiet period does not exclude operational updates either. Arb knows how much they have mined and will not be able to withhold the numbers much longer without actually violating RNS rules. An interesting suggestion that it could be 2pm today before Nasdaq open and I am not sure this would necessarily be a bad thing.

Obviously based on comparing 1 to 1 and not comparing the adr which he thinks of as 1 unit. Anyway I think I have explained what I have learnt today as best as I can...

@ediethseagull this is what I perceived from my US colleague today. The fact it was an ADR had no bearing on his thought pattern. So although I would like to say that I had considered it before today I hadn't. When I also said that I wanted to achieve £5 per share je said then I would have to pay $50 dollars per unit..

Although I am not sure about the qualification for the top tier on NASDAQ.

A Us colleague today asked why would he buy Arb at $16 when riot is $27 but has a much 7x as much. He had no appreciation that 1ADR was worth 10 shares. The way to resolve this would be for all of us to agree a 1 to 1 ratio. So everyone's LSE shares reduced by a 10th.

Other. When Us investors buy ARBK shares they treat each ADR as one share, they then compare it to Riot and Mara and think the share is expensive when the compare BTC held and market Cap. I believe HUT8, Hive and Bitfarms were considered cheap compared to these comparators and that is why they increased. I do not forsee the price increasing until the market cap and BTC held increases considerably. We should have listed with the minimum ratio of shares that would have allowed us to list on NASDAQ.

Just reading Arbkf stockwits and the sentiment on there has turned. LT holders really are not happy and threatening and cursing Arb.
