@rugbyrob, I have 600k and I think Saint-Etienne said he had 1.3m. Well done in keeping the faith even if the outcome is not what we wanted yet. . I would also like to say to apologise to all shareholders for my negativity since suspension and also Rob Cooper for casting aspersions on his integrity. I am sorry and have been proved wrong. So what is happening? Has it been relisted? How come the it is now 0.350 when they have been no trades and you can not buy or sell?

Where are Gregfin and ajcrow conspicuous by their absence, they allegedly own 10 million + between them.. I think the predictions of 0.50 were GBX and not GBP..

And what happened to binding must have happened otherwise they legally would have to of told us. Where is rugbyrob when you need legal advise?

So RNS out, no binding no securitisations. Yet it is now a going concern and the reasons for suspension and for not relisting remain the same. What will now happen to the sp on relist?

We are always counting down to news with this share, and the news does not materialise. Yesterday was delisting day if aquis hadn't given us an extension. I hope we hear news tomorrow, but we might need to wait until next week.

I wouldn't read too much into this, my ajbell account has been showing a 100% loss and 0 since suspension..

It will bring nothing.. The earliest we will hear anything is Friday, but I think it is more likely to be the 4th next week..

I agree they will take it to the wire, however if we do not hear anything on Friday 31st, this still doesn't mean that they have failed. An update could be received on the 4th January.. My worthless shares are still showing in my ajbell account.

They expected to close on or around the 17th and so the RNS thay were referring to in 17th was the closing RNS. The fact that we have received no RNS I would say means they haven't closed yet and will inform us as late as possible, so between Christmas and New year. The closer it gets to New year rhe less likely this becomes..

@SK I respect that you responded and in no way question your integrity. Like you I genuinely believe that Prem will come good, just not sure if the timescale or if I have the patience to wait ..

I agree with this as well! And this us why I have been and remain skeptical. It is also why I felt/feel duped and questioned RC's integrity. This is however out of hands now. I have 600k shares so not an unsustainable amount, I hope it comes off, but am also resolved to the possibility that I could loose all my money.

@SK. I fundamentally agree with your assessment, however I think your predictions lack credibility in terms of RNS'S. Why do you believe we will get an RNS the first week of January? Is this the same believe that we would get a mega RNS within 2 weeks of December 8th?

The binding is not part of the critical path, so if it hadn't happened it still could. The first milestone is the 31st of December. So an RNS will be received between now and the 31st December. So either tomorrow, 29th or 30th or retrospectively on the 4th. hope I have clarified the RNS and my ramblings make sense.

You could be right Rugbyrob, if the binding stage was completed on the 17th then they have until the 31st for it to be listed. If binding hasn't happened then they have less time to list it. This I see as the timeline: binding and listing to take place by the 31st December. 3rd of December accounts submitted to Aquis, 18th December relisting. So if binding has taken place then listing will occur automatically, accounts will be submitted and relisting will take place. They therefore do not need to work over Christmas. I also think the strategic plan will also have been written. Suspending appointments over the Chrustmas period is also not an issue. So if listing is not achieved by the 31st accounts will not be submitted and application for relisting will not take place. So we will know either way at latest the 31st December. It is also possible that binding and listing of the 60 million will also occur between now and the 17th so when they relust both securitisations ar listed before the shares are relisted. If they do not achieve this timeliness then they will reapply when they do get the listings. This however will be subject to a long delay because they can not relist for at least 5 months after being delisted.
